While too much of the nation's attention is focused on Representative Anthony Weiner (D-New York) and his sex/lying scandal, President Barack Obama is at the White House welcoming one of the most corrupt leaders on earth. President Ali Bongo of the West Central African nation of Gabon is being touted by administration officials as an "important ally" while those who know his background say he is guilty of "grand theft nation".

will he get US weapons as did al Qaeda after
their White House visit?
I wonder how many billion he will throw his way? Any bets?
Obama couldn’t be bothered to lay on much of a reception for Netanyahu or the Dalai Lama, but I’m sure President Bongo will get a full dress state dinner and a trip to DisneyWorld. After all, he’s a true role model for our President.
Fitting that one usurper of a nation is hosted by another usurper of a nation.
I bet Ali Bongo has a birth certificate.
Two missionaries in darkest Africa are captured by tribesmen, taken to their village and lashed to two posts in the center of the village.
The next day, the witch doctor comes out and says to the first missionary, “You have two choices: death or Bongo-Bongo!” Naturally, the missionary takes Bongo-Bongo. Whereupon, he is beaten unmercifully by the natives until he dies a most painful death.
The next day, the witch doctor approaches the second missionary, and says, “You have two choices: death or Bongo-Bongo!” After what he had just beheld the previous day, the missionary says, I’ll take death!”
The witch doctor then says, “A wise choice. But first, BONGO-BONGO!”
This is the first joke that every politician in DC learns.
He may wind up being just a corrupt dictator, but right now there may be a possibility that he is a serious person.
And he didn’t have time to meet with Gov Perry over the security of our nation......but THIS he makes time for....
Why are you excerpting your own work here on FR?
Yes, he was born in the USA.
Wouldn’t that be a juicy irony?
Why not? It is posted under blogging? Is there a rule against excepting your own work???
I’ll bet President Bongo knows about Bongo-Bongo!
Ali Bongo, meet Ali Baba and his 40 thousand thieves.
“Grand Theft Nation”?
Obama and Bongo have much in common.

Wonder how many bongos 0bama was smoking at the time.
This guys name brings two things immediately to mind.
First, Ali Bongo and the Forty Thieves.
Second, Evelyn Waugh’s novel, “Scoop!”
Thank you for the info.
I have posted blog content before, only once, but I didn’t excerpt....I posted the whole content. I was wanting to disguss it with FReepers.....
I guess I thought since I had pure intentions, everyone else does. Looks like I am a little too trusting, as you hit the nail on the head here. The comments/posts made by this poster seems to be only of her own blog. ONE comment ON ONE post....ONE TIME...otherwise, it’s all about her blog.
I just didn’t know if there was a hard and fast rule about it or not..... I like to know those things so I don’t ever get in trouble when posting.... You cleared it up, thanks!
