Today Michele Bachmann’s spokesman, Ed Rollins, whom she recently hired, had some rather nasty things to say about Governor Palin. In order to give Bachmann the benefit of the doubt, we respectfully request that she either affirm her support for the long-time beltway fossil’s idiotic comments…or refudiate them.
Update: (h/t Jim R) Via the Star Tribune, another of Bachmann’s employees, Andy Parrish, attempted to rationalize the comments of her newest employee, Ed Rollins:
Bachmann aide Andy Parrish said Rollins was not speaking as a Bachmann adviser. “The Congresswoman and Ms. Palin have an excellent relationship,” Parrish said in an e-mail. “Rollins was in his media analyst role.”
People can judge for themselves whether this convenient excuse explanation is credible…or not.

All this goes to organizational discipline which I have pointed out she lacks. That is one of the little bennies that go with "Executive Experience".

Michele herself has never said anything but nice things about Sarah. I would imagine that she is not going to be very happy about this development. I hope she sets the record straight as soon as possible...and fires that twit!

Seems to me that Bachmann has been conning Conservatives. Like the multitude of reprobates that profit off of Christ, she seem to be profiting off of Conservatism.

Reagan was ignorant of Rollins, RINOs in the Reagan camp recommended the SOB. The liberal and for only the “very rich” Republicans took advantaged of Reagan’s old-schooled loyalty to fellow Republicans.
Big mistake with Rollins as consultant back then as it was a big mistake having Bush Herbert on the ticket. America is still paying for that colossal error to date.
Rollins is not fit to clean Palin’s toilet. Palin is all American, Rollins is all treacherous. The old fart is evil, period and Bachmann knows it. Heck, I know it and so do others.

I guess in the same manner Pelosi did not want Hillary Rodham nominated in 2008, Bachmann does not want Palin nominated for 2012.

I have not followed her that closely. In general, she had my approval based on her stated policy beliefs, and I sharply differed with her on a couple of issues. This, though, is absolutely inept at every level. Even if it -did- become a contest between MB and SP, it is NUTS to deliberately insult the other candidate, and with her all of her primary supporters.
This is a dreadful lose some/lose a LOT situation now for MB. This does her no good at all.
Bachman has to know that Rollins was trashing Gov. Palin last year, while he was trolling for clients.
If she didn’t know, then she’s a fool, once more showing her lack of discernment and poor political perception. She’s got a tin ear.
Unless she publicly disavows Rollins before friday she might as well start smoking dope with Pelosi and Knute on that toaster coach.

I refuse to believe that Michele knew Ed Rollins would be doing this before hand. But if she does not terminate these traitors immediately, like tonight, it won’t really matter.
