The “Arab Spring” and what History Teaches us
Conservative Hideout ^ | 6-3-11 | Matt

...one of the greatest lessons of history is to always listen to what leaders, influential people, or movements are saying. Too many times, people have ignored warnings of what is to come. Out of naivete, misplaced hope, or cowardly indifference, they cast logic and evidence aside. Then, when the proverbial fecal matter hits the fan, these same people are shocked and appalled that the others actually DID what they SAID they were GOING to DO.

I hope this isn't the start of something that will lead to a war. There are a lot of warning signs though.

I hope not, too. However, I think that it will. And I think that it is intended to. And I think that Barack Obama supports this “Tyrant Exchange Program” with that intention.

Absolutely.
...MEMRI has been showing what Muslims have been saying, for years. Proving it isn’t a “tiny minority” “misunderstanding” their OWN religion.

(amazing that libs think they understand Islam better than Imams trained at Al-Azhar...)

and as for reading what people wrote, Samantha Powers wrote years ago, about “humanitarian intervention” like they’re doing in Libya, with the eventual target of Israel.

I have NO doubt, a Palestian state will be created by the UN in October. And if Israel doesn’t comply...

I don't see how it can lead any where but war.

I'm not talking about a regional war but a world war.

With confiscatory taxes, and over-regulation, we are slaves now. We need to not only reject the obvious threat of slavery by the jihadists, but also reject the subtle slavery that the Progressives and Marxists are foisting onto us now, or else real Freedom won’t even be a possibility and the American Dream would become a nightmare. Why all of a sudden do we see “Arab Spring” associated with the word “Freedom”, when these same groups called Freedom “bad” and affiliated the term “Freedom” with the Great Satan not too long ago? Are they using AstroTurf and marketing to “sell” jihad to gullible Americans like McCain and Graham?

It is a consolidation of Islam with Obama applying a curtain, spin and American support for the first phase of the Caliphate.

A far superior solution lays in Andreww Klavan’s suggestion

If the Arabs wanted democracy, the best example exists right there in Israel... and it would be to their greatest benefit to follow Klavan’s suggestion as opposed to continuing to be the most backwards people on the planet.
