Yep—the media is nothing but a machine to force the masses to think one way—their atheist/hedonist/conformist one. Truth is always covered up. Has to be because they go against logic and nature. Their ideology clashed with human nature and is why Marxism ALWAYS fails and leads to totalitarianism.
Media was taken over by a few elite socialists in early 1900’s when John Dewey took over the main institution for dispersing propaganda—the schools— which started total transformation from the 200 years of Christian paradigm to the Marxist-”trousered ape” model of slavery, with constant circuses and cake tossed to the good little obamabots to keep them in their fog of ignorance.
It is really time we woke up and take the airwaves back AND the schools. It might be too late for the obamabots, as ex-KGB defector Yuri expained, because of the years of brainwashing, but their children can and should be educated if we destroy the DOE and all textbooks written after 1930 (by sick, twisted Bill Ayer minds). (except for the homeschool resources which understood the insidious worldview destruction of the socialists).
Yes, all education of children is a form of “brainwashing” but our Constitution demands the right of parents to form that worldview. Schools have purposefully undermined parental values for decades intentionally using Skinnerian methods ( BK Eakman) to intentionally destroy the morality and attitudes of children—to value emotions more, rather than the intellectual (if it feels good, do it —don’t think about results). The schools intentionally target the children with the Christian worldview to obliterate it (strands—BK Eakman) and transform them into unthinking, earth hugging, emotional dysfunctional bots who can never think logically—they believe all agitprop and are useful idiots.
Think about content of schools.....global warming, condoms, Sex Ed in Kindergarten, never any— Who, What, Where, Why, and How logic of pre-Dewey. Dewey was “Go, Spot, Go!”. Dumb down content and get rid of Federalist Papers, get rid of all memorization in math, English grammar, and Founding Documents like the Declaration and Gettysburg Address. Why? Memorization is the exercise of the brain and increases IQ. Definitely get rid of the Classics because they all teach morality....what is considered Good and Evil and socialists want to flip that upside down , so no Dickens, Milton, Shakespeare, Mark Twain etc.
Insert books with ambiguous morality....twist the ideas of Good and Evil...(most books written during the Carl Becker and Charles Beard era and on the NYT best seller list and allowed to be published in major publishing houses work at destroying the Christian ideas of Right and Wrong and instill moral relativism and tolerance as the only morality allowed.).
(There is no principles worth standing for in leftist ideology except for Tolerance which leaves only intolerance of the intolerant-—those few who stand on principles such as character, honor, right and wrong and refuse to bend—don’t want the Churchill’s, Washington’s, Lincoln’s, Patton’s, Bonhoeffer’s—all those types who defined Western Civ at its best.)
People like WF Buckley, Jr had trouble getting his book published in 1951!!!! God and Man at Yale! Why? He went off the reservation of allowed way to think-—he wrote about the massive brainwashing at elite universities with textbooks full of lies and propaganda. People like him had to go outside the major publishing companies controlled by the socialist elites that only allowed the filth of Ginsberg and Burroughs to be fed into the heads of your children and grandkids....What did Burroughs write about—Hanging little boys and sodomizing them.....) —all this to intentionally deconstruct the moral fiber and superior ideas of Horatio Algers morality that created the US.
Cultural Marxist in 1930 like Gramsci and Herbert Marcuse stated: Destroy Christianity and the natural family and you destroy the culture of Western Civilization without firing a shot.

Most people - even those as politically-aware as FReepers - are not aware of how long Progressives have been working to deconstruct Western society nor do they recognize how pervasive has been their influence.
I was thinking along the same lines this weekend as I visited my relatives in New Jersey. All of them (with one exception) are hard-core liberals. They love Obama, and don't think he's gone far enough. Yet they castigated me for calling him a "socialist" and for pointing out how the man has surrounded himself with communists, as though the terms were Right-wing invectives void of true meaning.
And, oh yes: they hate Hate HATE Chris Christie, even though he is rather socially liberal himself - they think that because he has cut the state budget and refused unlimited state salary and pension fund increases, he wants to destroy unions. They are terrified of Michelle Bachmann and think Sarah Palin is (and here are some actual words used to describe her) "trailer trash", "an idiot", and "stupid".
I endeavored to remain calm and thoughtful in discussing issues, but noticed (as I have before) that no matter my reasoning or use of example, the discussion always reverted back to accusations of favoring the rich, wanting to starve the poor, not caring about the disadvantaged, denying people their "rights", etc., ad infinitum, ad my-third-glass-of-Scotch.
The problem is that, simply stated: everything they know is wrong, right back to first principles, including the proper role of government, economics, history, and especially philosophy. Explaining such things takes a long time, far longer than it takes a liberal to make a smugly self-satisfied accusation based upon conceit: "everyone knows that... (fill in the blank)".
And that is why we are at the present pass in America: we have two fundamentally opposed visions of reality - one held by the dominant and Progressively-miseducated mainstream, and another by insurgent conservatives seeking to restore ideas that were once recognized as both common sense and accumulated wisdom.. These visions are fundamentally incompatible and only one can prevail in the end. I'll leave you and others to ponder what events that condition might presage.
Yes, I, too, can definitely use a 3rd glass of Scotch to help when trying to “reason” with the brainwashed relatives.
That is what the KGB Yuri Bezmenov talked about in the 70’s when he defected. How all American schools were propaganda mills putting in cognitive dissonance—this, he said, will make it impossible for any logic or truth to be recognized by most brainwashed people. You can hit them with facts that they can see and they will still not believe it.
