I'm confused. I thought Obama told us and the world that the US wasn't going to be the leader any longer. Why should we take our tax dollars to improve the climate in the world, when nobody likes us anyway?
And, if Congress doesn't pass legislation to control us and tax us into oblivion, is Obama going to sign an Executive Fiat?
