The U.S. Constitution is alive and well. Obama doesn’t have the last word. The states and the American people will end and nullify Obama and unconstitutional SCOTUS decisions.
not an entirely inaccurate point of view
in fact, doing things that are not in the best interests of the country is what dems have been doing for a long time.
question is... will you continue to hand over your hard earned property (income == property) so that they can continue to undermine you?
welcome to the repetitive cycle.
that cold, clammy feeling is the KY being applied.
it won’t be long now.
next time you see a hippie or an 0bama bumper sticker, thank him for destroying your country.
We are Venezuela, and Obama is our Hugo Chavez.
Yeah? The Texas girliemen in the legislature folded when they got a not particularly hostile letter from a friggin’ attorney.
I guess it’s better to have their 6 year old daughters molested on a regular basis by bull dyke TSA goons than suffer another letter from an attorney.
These are TEXANS, you expect Massachusetts metrosexuals to revolt? How about California hippies?
Who exactly are these people you expect to rise up when Texas folds at a feather’s touch?
Bump to Sher Zieve.
I don’t know. Idaho seems to be hanging in there pretty well. Was this Texas thing a Constitutional issue?

It was a state bill to recognize TSA groping as sexual assault, and apply the same standards to the TSA as you or I would expect to be held to.
IOW, it recognized that the Nuremberg defense - "I vas ust followink orderz" has the same validity now as it did in 1946.
DOJ letter:'TSA would likely be required to cancel any flight'(FEDs threaten air blockade of Texas)
Texas No Fly Zone - Come and Take It
Utah Following TX in TSA Grope Ban
The DOJ's prefered response, to impose a no-fly zone, is nothing short of an act of war.
Idaho seems to be hanging in there pretty well.
Pray tell, how is Idaho hanging? Have they taken any position that doesn't involve laying down and spreading 'em?
Why would expect people living in their own separate Idaho to be more manlymen than the Texans who have so sadly failed?
Patrick blames Dewhurst for death of anti-groping’ bill.
That Dewhurst?
How dare you insult Davis like that!
That would be the one, Lt. Gov, looking to take KBH’s Senate seat.
There is some weird-ass poker going on in Texas right now.
But we need badly to be HONDURAS!!!
I thought the weird ass-pokers all worked for the TSA?
