Have any of these devices ever been provided to an independent test lab to be operated, or have there only been demonstrations by the inventors? Do the inventors understand how it supposedly work? The articles I've seen say no to both, although I just did a quick Google search.

Sounds like somebody is set to hit the ground running...to a Caribbean bank that is.

Why would he do that? He is self financing and refusing venture capitalists.

This isn't just some guy looking for research money, this guy was a manufacturer BEFORE he conceived this venture. His enterprise is self contained. He doesn't have to have anyone else and if major western countries try to keep him from upsetting their apple cart...He should be quite capable of operating in places like Chile and South Korea and thumb his nose at the US and the nations of the EU.

We live in interesting times, and this guy could be remembered in the way Edison and Tesla are remembered.

He could also be a quack still, but if so, he still isn't the Bernie Madoff type.
