That's not as rigorous as I had in mind: ship it to a third party, preferably a certified test lab, let them assemble, fuel it, operate it, collect data, disassemble and analyze it as they see fit without the inventor's input.

If this thing works, great, but there's still plenty of room in this report for shenanigans - speaking as a degreed engineer with 20+ years of test experience. I'm not looking to debate whether the claims are true. Time will tell.
