But that’s another thing that doesn’t necessarily jive with Corsi’s story, either. IIRC, Corsi has implied that the whole “Where’s the Birth Certificate?” thing has been to force Obama’s hand and release something that Obama himself is directly tied to, because once Obama officially endorsed a particular document he could be pinned down on all of it.
Maybe Corsi is saying that Trump didn’t realize that bringing the issue to a head would end up pinning down Obama. But I don’t see how bringing attention to the issue - which allowed a lot of people to see actual facts they would otherwise have been ignorant of - would help Obama, even if it was a set-up for the revealing of this blatant forgery. The blatancy of the forgery doesn’t make sense in that whole scenario.
I don’t know. I haven’t sorted it out, and it doesn’t make sense to me.
i just read this on the daily caller, re: interview with Corsi
“I was called by my insiders, several of my informants in Hawaii about three weeks before it was released,” Corsi said, “and I was told the document had been forged and put into the log book and that we would be seeing it shortly and had it described to me in detail what had been forged. I knew what was on that document before it was made public.”
If that’s true, I hope that can be proven.
Of course, it’s pinned him down. A forgery or the real deal, he’s waved that paper in front of the cameras and posted it on the WH.gov website that his papa was a Kenayn. He also pinned himself into the NBC definition when he signed SR 511. There’s no wiggle room out of it. With those two documents, he’s told the world he is not, never was and never will be eligible.
Unfortunately, the pansies in Congress and SCOTUS aren’t acting on it and he’s laughing in their faces.
Or maybe Corsi doesn't yet see it as I do. It's just too pat for me, all those left-wing MSM TV appearances for a guy who was asking, "Where's the birth certificate?" No one before or since has gotten the same exposure; but the question was there before and it's still there now.
I think Trump was part of this from the gitgo. He got himself established as the uber-birther, Obama presents a supposed birth certificate to the world as an answer, the uber-birther effectively certifies it is genuine by not challenging it, end of story.
I kinda like my new line for Trump: Trump is the cur that didn't bark.
