Jerome Corsi states that Obama was born in Kenya. He also claims that he is closing in on Mark Niesse as the forger of Obama's BC in Hawaii.

I think you are mistaken. I don't know where you got the idea that all passport records are public information, but the US State Department does not agree:

Third-Party Requests Third party requests must include one of the following:

• Notarized consent from the owner of the passport records,
• Proof of guardianship,
• Death certificate, or
• Court order signed by a judge of competent jurisdiction requesting the Department of State to release passport records.

The only exception to this requirement is when the owner of the passport records was born 100 years or more ago. Your third party request does not have to be notarized but should include the information described in the section above that covers requesting your own record and a $150.00 search fee for each individual for whom a record search is requested. Checks or money orders should be made payable to “Department of State".

My point is this: If we see it ONLY on Obama's long form birth certificate, then I say someone besides Onaka played around with the Onaka stamp in order to get that "smiley" look and play a hidden joke on birthers who examine Obama's long form birth certificate.

But if ALL the Onaka stamps that we see on the internet also have that secret "smiley" look like we see on Obama's long form birth certificate, then there is nothing strange about seeing a secret "smiley" look on the Onaka stamp on Obama's long form birth certificate.

You have just shown you know nothing about this issue or are being disingenuous. Stanley Ann Dunham is deceased. A suit was filed y Chris Strunk and her passport applications were shown via the FOIA lawsuit. Documents before 1965 were alleged by the State Department to have been destroyed in some mysterious destruction that they never document other than with some strange “cable” It is a cover up.

Ok, missed that it was determined all documents they said they had could be released. Is there evidence that other passport applications from the 1960’s were not destroyed?

Read her blog. Go to the State Department site they say they have passport applications since I think 1925 they have no disclaimer that some have been destroyed. There has been tons of discussion on this issue. Everything that should be available that relates to Obama is being hidden, delayed, denied, obfuscated. WHY? They are hiding the truth.

He admitted that after the Allan Keys debate. There was a video on You Tube. Obongo said “ Doesn’t matter if I wasn’t born here, I’m not running for President”. It was AFTER the debate when they were talking to reporters and bantering back and forth. That video of course, has disappeared. Watch for it to appear when it can do the most damage, closer to 2012 with little time for damage control and spin.

I hope this is factual. I have read three different freepers saying that they saw that exchange, IIRC it was on CNN live; one person (or two?) had taped it to view later. Three different people and I wish I could remember who, but I can't.

This can't be repeated often enough.

Obama has a layered defense designed to throw up successive legal barriers to court ordered discovery. Each barrier in HI or at the DNC is a layer can be litigated up to SCOTUS.

IMO, the Obama team has now taken the calculated risk that there is now not enough time left before the 2012 election for the legal process of discovery to prove a BC forgery or NBC ineligibility due to dual citizenship at birth or subsequently (not to mention possible non-citizenship).

This only works if Corsi and WND’s “court of public opinion” fail to degrade Obama in the polls. If credible experts declaring the HI BC a forgery overwhelm the so-far superficial declarations that it is genuine, Obama could be toast.

BTW, where are the “birther bills” now? Did the state legislative efforts just fold as Obama appears to have hoped that they would? These bills also forced Obama to produce the apparent fake. Obama shouldn't be rewarded by having support for these bill evaporate. That would only prove that these bills were “all about Obama” and not about protecting the Constitution!

As for her ability to travel, please remember Obama Senior got from Knya to Hawaii, so it could be done and he could afford it. There are other details of some of those who helped with his expenses...like I said this has been discussed and investigated from most all angles before...the point being it was possible, Ann had a passport (despite State trying to hide that fact) as the Obama Sr passport records state she went to the Philippines in 1964. Since she had a passport in 1965 she probably got it in 1960 -valid for 3 years renewable for two more thus 60-65.

I never said that ALL passport records are public. But passport records for deceased people are discloseable. And Obama’s mother is deceased. Or so it is claimed. And the State Dept released some of the records so it is clear that they are not refusing to disclose because the records are not discloseable.

The records for Phil Jacobsen’s mother should have been destroyed under the criteria that was in that fake “cable”, but he was able to get them easily.
