A May Day rally in Los Angeles, co-sponsored by the SEIU and various communist groups, as well as other unions, reflected yet another step in the normalization of self-identified communist and socialist ideologies in the Obama era. Not only did the SEIU help to organize the rally in conjunction with communists, they marched side-by-side with communists, while union members carried communist flags, communists carried union signs, and altogether there was no real way to tell the two apart.
Southern California citizen journalist and photographer Ringo was on hand to record the days events, and posted a full-length photo essay on his site Ringos Pictures. To bring this important photo essay to a wider audience, I present here a small selection of Ringos May Day pictures; visit his site to see dozens more photos from the rally.

There really are no measures that I would consider too extreme to make sure these people remain out of power forever.

Boomark
I’m an unemployed nonprofit management professional; the kind that helps maintain a civil society using individual, corporate and foundation donations and self-sacrificing volunteerism. Naturally, decreased donation (due to the current economy, tax laws, etc.) translates to fewer jobs and there’s a lot of competition for those jobs.
But guess where there are jobs? They’re at SEIU and other nonprofits that run community organizing/empowerment programs for the federal government!

>It wasn’t so long ago that communists would be shot on sight.<
.
Never happened in the US.
“SEIU is primaily hotel, food, and other service industries.
Most government unions are AFL-CIO.”
But, I thought they were always screaming about how they are so much more educated than the rest of us.....
Who was? SEIU?
Who was? SEIU?
Who was? SEIU?
Liberals, communists, government officials in this administration who refer to us as bitter clingers...
Many of them come here to commit crimes, which is proven by their actions.
These pictures make me sick! Demonstrations like this should be illegal...and these people should be deported or jailed. Filthy trash!
Wow. I guess the way the media is today, no need to shroud oneself with pretenses any more. The unions have “come out of the closet.”
They finally realized it in Cuba. In America, not yet.
I'm aware of that big rally that they staged at Madison Square Garden in February 1939. Those jerks were availing themselves of the First Amendment, which, in general, protects unpopular speech.
You have to realize that the US maintained essentially normal relations with Nazi Germany at least until after the outbreak of WWII in Europe in September 1939 and President Franklin D. Roosevelt had yet to do anything to put the US on the side of the Allies when that rally was staged. So there was no implication of treason in the Bund event.
That's what you could have predicted if Obama became president, given his background. And that's what we got, to the surprise of no one who knew who Obama was.
Thanks justiceseeker93.
“But guess where there are jobs? Theyre at SEIU and other nonprofits that run community organizing/empowerment programs for the federal government!”......you think they’re being trained in anything other than voter fraud technique?
ALL these people are *government* employees. I don’t give a damn what union they belong to.
