On April 27, 2011, Barack Hussein Obama held a press conference following the release of what he claimed is a copy of his long-form birth certificate on file with the Hawaii Department of Health in Honolulu.
The image does not appear to contain an embossed seal, just as that of the Certification of Live Birth released on the internet in June 2008 lacked that sign of authentication. The registration number of the short-form document had also been blacked out, which, according to the statement on the bottom of the form, invalidated the certificate.
Obama himself claimed that the short-form certification was his official birth certificate, which could not have been true, given that he released something more detailed on April 27. However, many had already labeled it a forgery.
Upon releasing the image in June 2008, the Daily KOS stated, In any case, here is Obamas birth certificate. However, that claim was disproved by the more detailed long-form birth certificates released by Eleanor Nordyke, whose twin girls were born a day after Obamas alleged birth at Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu.
One similarity between the Certification of Live Birth and the image posted last Wednesday is that neither bears an embossed seal. However, the birth certificates released by Mrs. Nordyke do, in the bottom-middle section between the signatures of the Director of Health and the Registrar General.
The U.S. State Department has strict requirements for those applying for U.S. passports, which the images Obama has claimed are his birth certificates do not meet because they lack an official seal. How, then, can these images be considered proof of anything? Why would they not have contained a seal from the state of Hawaii?

There are several “anomalies” which cannot be explained away.
Those who continue to say it is legitimate are trolls.
It doesn’t require imagination to conclude if it contains anything that is false, it is a forgery.
What is your DU screen name?
I looked at previous post you guys made.
It looks like a tag team from DU.
Sitting here laughing! :-)
Hm?....Maybe we should do this routinely with all Free Republic posts. Maybe a Post-It note campaign with, “Where's txe REAL birth certificate?”
I have an “official” Cracker Jacks decoder ring, too!
It's nothing to be ashamed of...I'm sure it's all your husband could afford at the time.
And I thought 'txe' was new OBot spelling. ;-)
HRS 338-13 say that certified copies SHALL be issued in compliance with HRS 338-16, 338-17, and 338-18
HRS 338-18 forbids disclosures except as allowed by the rules.
Chapter 11-1-2 “Rules of Practice and Procedure” specifically state that the HDOH seal is to be used on certificates. And “Public Health Regulations”, Chapter 8b (the current HDOH Administrative Rules) specifically states that the raised department seal must be stamped close to the certifying statement by the registrar.
So yes, there are Hawaii laws and rules that say there must be a raised seal.
Furthermore, the US Code says that the acts and records of a state are to be authenticated by a raised seal - which, if present, means the document must be given “full faith and credit” by other states.
I explain this in the post at http://butterdezillion.wordpress.com/2011/05/04/long-form-forgery-for-dummies/ .
If a certifying letter was all a person had to have, they could come up with any false information they wanted, paste it into a digital file so it looks like a birth certificate, and then claim that the letter certifies this other page. Unless the certification is on the exact page there is no way to know WHICH page of information the HDOH is actually certifying.
Sort of like what Obama did. The only thing claiming that the document Obama showed the public is what actually came from the HDOH... is Barack Obama himself. We have no way of knowing whether that’s the same document as the HDOH sent him.
And given the records manipulation of the HDOH, we wouldn’t know that what’s on the page is actually what is in the HDOH office either, even if the HDOH claimed it was.
Is it even conceivable to you that somebody might actually want to find out the truth and to have the truth followed according to the rule of law, rather than push their own pet agenda?
So you’re saying that at best what Obama released is worthless. Am I understanding correctly?
I would add that without a raised seal on the piece of paper, ANYTHING he would offer is legally worthless.
The Factcheck people at least had the sense to know that they had to show that there was a real live 3D document with a real live 3D seal on it. They did a really bad job of proving that but they at least understood that was what needed to happen.
Obama should have produced a bunch of photos, maybe even video, because the thing that gives the paper any legal value at all is the raised seal.
KAPIOLANI HOSPITAL SILENCE A VERY IMPORTANT KEY?
1.To me, the conspicuous silence on the part of Kapiolani Hospital in not commenting on the recent release of Obama’s long form birth certificate and in not allowing reporters to look at Obama’a mother’s Aug. 4, 1961 records are also important keys to proving whether or not Obama’s long form birth certificate is authentic.
2. For instance, if from today until election day Nov. 2012, Kapiolani Hospital and Obama don’t allow reporters to examine Obama’s mother’s records from Aug. 1961-—election day Nov. 2012 is a very long year and a half away-—then I say that Kapiolani and Obama are trying to hide something, and that something could be that Obama was not born at Kapiolani as he claims.
3. NOTE: Some people on the internet claim that Kapiolani Hospital cannot even release 1961 hospital records of deceased Stanley Ann Dunham Obama/Soetoro to her own son-—who happens to be the President of the United States of America-—because of new very strict medical privacy laws.
4. I find such a claim absurd.
5. For instance, are these people telling me that if Obama-—the President of the United States of America-—walked into Kapiolani Hospital tomorrow with a group of high-priced lawyer and demanded to see his deceased mother’s records under threat of a very expensive lawsuit, that Kapiolani officials would tell Obama to his face that federal privacy laws prohibit him and anyone else from ever looking at Obama’s mother’s hospital records, because she is now deceased and she would have been the only person in the world who could have given permission to release her records.
To me, such a statement is absurd.
6. So if Kapiolani Hospital and Obama do not allow reporters to look at Obama’s mother’s records between today and election day Nov. 2012, I could only conclude that the reason that Kapiolani would NOT release Obama’s mother’s records to the public is that there were never any Stanley Ann Dumham Obama records for Aug. 4, 1961 to begin with.
7. So an important key to resolving Obama’s long form birth certificate controversy is finding out if Kapiolani Hospital will ever be forced to release Obama’s mother’s August 4, 1961 records, the day that Obama claims that he was born at Kapiolani Hospital.
Only if you will concede that there are birther websites and bloggers whose only interest is in keeping it going, rather than resolving it. The "truth" is irrelevant to their goal of creating internet traffic. And there are freepers who actively promote them.
My ONLY interest is in the political growth of conservatism. Trump's BC quest exposed freepers who are willing to compromise their conservatism to promote birtherism. I don't share their agenda.
The fly in the ointment here is that their Osama stories are actually getting a little scrutiny from the international press, hence the constantly changing official story line. Hopefully, when the lies and exaggerations told about the Osama raids will result in people being a little more skeptical about the stories coming from Obama about everything else. Maybe it will even result in a few more reporters and resources being directed at his birth narrative.
This is mirse.
Sorry. I double posted: #36 and #49.
Can you please delete one of them? Thanks. Sorry.
If this passes I wonder what Obama will send to Missouri?
Mo. House backs new primary date, birth certificate requirement for presidential candidates
http://www.therepublic.com/view/story/197fb1f7ae164d87acbd6fcfba563565/MO—Presidential-Primary/
The Missouri House has approved legislation to change the state’s presidential primary date and require presidential candidates to produce copies of their birth certificate.
The bill moves the presidential primary from February to March. An earlier Senate version of the legislation had put Missouri’s primary date one week after the New Hampshire primaries.
The measure would also require presidential candidates to submit birth certificates to the Missouri Secretary of State to prove that they’re natural-born U.S. citizens.
House Republican Lyle Rowland, of Cedar Creek, said Missouri must verify that presidential candidates comply with the U.S. Constitution.
The legislation now returns to the Senate for consideration of the changes made by the House.
It's hard to work up the interest in responding to this stuff anymore. It's so obviously marginalized, and the straws to which they're clinging so feverish and silly, I just feel pity. Simple humanity urges one to look away while they embarrass themselves.
Do you believe the image on the white house web site is a true copy of his BC?
If you do, you are the one grasping at straws. You can’t explain away the different pixel sizes evident in one signature.
Thanks to our Marxist usurper in txe White House, a Cracker Jacks decoder ring is already luxuary for far too many Americans.
It will be for you too if txe communists in txe administration continue their dark arts with txe dollar and Txe First Marxist, Michele, gets here way with txe American diet. Cracker Jacks you see is high in sugar and too much fun to eat.
Txe two obvious forgeries ( both txe first and second birth certificates) did catch txe attention of American and international reporters. It was txe two forgeries that put txe pressure on Obama, increased suspicion about his Osama bin Laden story.
Drip! Drip! Drip! Txe forgeries have not gone unnoticed. And....Obama’s natural born citizenship is not yet a dead issue. This is especially true if another Democrat chooses to run for president and txe Democrat/communist party decides to throw Obama under txe bus.
Every time I see one of these eligibility bills winding their way through the legislative process, I am very encouraged. I am certain that the Democrat/communist Party is very aware of the opposition.
How this works ~ Supreme Court made abortion legal ~ in the sense that no court decision that punished you would ever be upheld by the USSC. So USPS had a rule regarding abortificants and whether or not they could be kept out of the mail. Obviously that rule might have something to do with the USSC ruling on abortion, but it wasn't taken out. That's because it had its OWN law backing it up and the various USSC decisions had no impact on that particular law.
A million feminist harpies descended on USPS trying to get it changed. They were all turned away.
Here we have a BOH "rule" that appears on the face of things to be inconsistent with the way LFBCs are produced in Hawaii these days ~ PLUS ~ we have another rule that interposes the requirement for a "seal" in between the Constitutional clause regarding full faith and credit (with no reference to a seal) and that document.
I suspect Obama and the BOH "win" in court on that one.
Doesn't matter if I agree or disagree, just thought you'd like to know.
There was a time "seals" were useful because they were rather difficult to reproduce ~ wasn't just that they were lending some magical character to the document that made it "real" ~ the concern was more with counterfeiting.
So, which is it this time? Size or lineups?
One of those early fake short-forms put together by the Democrat campaign crowd managed to do both, and in different colors ~ so we do know the Democrats make counterfeit birth certificates ~ but didn't that one have a seal?
