Questions about Obama's LFCB serial number

Reading the available literature and viewing a few videos has me back to square one about the sequential numbering on Obama's long Form Bityh Certificate. Questions: was there than one machine that stamped the numbers? Did the number have to be set by hand? Are there any other known examples of nonsequential numbering which would open the door for human error?

I would not put too much concern into the out-of-sequence. Possibly they printed off a supply of blanks that went to several people in the office, who then each worked from his/her own pile. The lowest number could have been at the bottom of someone’s pile. Maybe they printed enough for the estimated usage each day or each few days.

Or, the blank forms get filled out first and sent to a clerk who stamps them after several days worth have piled up randomly in an inbasket.

The numbers are likely issued in the order that the certificate is filed, not in the order that a child is born. The simple answer is likely the twins family/Doctor filled the forms out first even though they weree born later.

Because of his dual citizenship issues, They probably had to set his aside before it got stamped and went into the books. Maybe they had to contact an official in Kenya or UK before creating a paper trail for a foreign citizen.

Keep in mind the Nordyke twins had their registrations recorded 3 days after Zero 8/11 vs. 8/8 and had lower numbers, 10637 and 38 vs. 10641 for Zero. Could Corsi have found who the real 10641 was? Or is there another BC for Zero say in Abbotsford BC Canada.
