So is the “HRS 338-17.8” at the bottom the actual section of legal code that allows for foreign born babies to get Hawaiin COLBs???
If so that is at least clever of anyone who forged this to make their point.

And the signatures match so closely to the ones on the BC released by Obama recently???
That is very strange that a forgery would be this close and that it comes from a website run from Hawaii.

You posted the BC from this site twice. Can anyone post the one released by Obama recently in order to compare the two?
Do the exact dates match next to the signatures?
If that is the case and this really was released on this site a year ago then it is a very weird coincidence to say the least.

This one looks more real than the one at the WhiteHouse’s web site.
It looks like a simple copy, not a layered pdf.
