Where ever it came from it claims that Obama was born in Kenya and that his birth was then registered in Hawaii by his grandmother.

Your first clue is the MADELYN signature is not spelled correctly. This is a fake.
Because that one is really fake.
The lines of each box are white in places.
So is the “HRS 338-17.8” at the bottom the actual section of legal code that allows for foreign born babies to get Hawaiin COLBs???
If so that is at least clever of anyone who forged this to make their point.

You posted the BC from this site twice. Can anyone post the one released by Obama recently in order to compare the two?

If that is the case and this really was released on this site a year ago then it is a very weird coincidence to say the least.
If so then my bad. Just an honest mistake. I didnt have a copy of the one released by Obama handy. That is why I just posted asking if it could be posted.
I notice they have Stanley as a student on this one. The field on the one released the other day is blank.
spelling a name different doesnt cause my head to spin, many people, especially from different countries, and geographic areas spell names different

It looks like a simple copy, not a layered pdf.
