I don’t get the point of this beyond confirming Obama’s Hawaian birth. The father was legally in the US at the time of birth on a student visa. He never had immigrant status and returned to Kenya when his request for visa extension was denied.Obama senior’s contribution to Obama jr. did not go beyond sperm donation.
And of course Dahlim is dead now. I’ve seen this before somewhere. This is not new information. Nobody ever disputed his ‘father’ was here on a student visa. The point is, if he is in fact, his father, he’s still not eligible for the job anyway.

Actually, he’s not a natural born citizen, even if the birth certificate is entirely authentic and accurate, because his father was not a US citizen. At least as the term “natural born citizen” would have been understood at the time the Constitution was written, but the popular belief is that merely being born in the US is sufficient. And anyway Chester Alan Arthur got away with it.
