Incidentally, the AP's version was flattened before being PDF'd. Too bad they forgot to do that on the *****house, er, Whitehouse copy.

Look closely at the date stamp. They're not aligned at the top. The error is small, but it's there. Also note the saturation problems in the Whitehouse version in the word "Date" and the fill on the "A".
The mystery deepens, but the evidence is even more damning than it was before: This "document" was tampered with.

The document Urkel released shows what we have all known for years - Urkel is ineligible for the presidency because his father was not an American citizen therefor he cannot be a Natural Born Citizen.
Here’s a question I haven’t seen asked: If this is such a huge screw-up on the WH’s part, then why haven’t they “flattened” the image on their website yet?

The point is not “where” Urkel was born but to whom. If to BO sr. then he cannot be a Natural Born Citizen or a legitimate president. He has proven his ineligibility.
This is probably why he did not what the document released all these years.
