The terms can be a bit confusing to anyone who hasn't followed all of this closely.
Certification of Live Birth. A short form abstract of basic information taken from the original birth certificate. It does not include information such as delivering physician, signatures, birth hospital, parent's birthplaces and occupations, etc.
Certificate of Live Birth: The original long form birth certificate, which includes all of the detailed information that isn't on the short form.
The short form is what's normally referred to when you see the acronym, COLB. The acronym, LFBC is used when referring to the long form birth certificate (as what's shown in the image at the top of the thread).
