NLRB ASSUMES CONTROL OVER BUSINESS LOCATION DECISIONS
A Semi-News/Semi-Satire from AzConservative ^ | 23 April 2011 | John Semmens

Posted on 04/23/2011 2:39:26 PM PDT by John Semmens

The Democratic majority on the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) boldly asserted a new authority to control where businesses may locate their production facilities. The power grab was inspired by the Boeing Corporation’s attempt to establish a new airplane factory inSouth Carolina.

“The notion that a business is free to do whatever it wants without regard to the President’s plan forAmericais what we’re fighting against here,” said NLRB legal counsel Lafe Solomon. “Moving production to a ‘right-to-work’ state is contrary to President Obama’s vision for this country. Boeing’s argument that it is seeking to lower its costs by this maneuver is precisely the kind of self-serving greed that we are trying to stamp out.”

Solomon was adamant that “unless Boeing can show cause as to why the NLRB should permit the move it will be blocked. Generations of union employees inWashingtonhave come to rely upon these good paying jobs. They cannot be dispossessed of this right merely for the sake of increased profits for Boeing’s shareholders.”

Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC) was incensed by what he termed “a lunge toward tyranny. The President is not the ‘Fuhrer’ of America. His minions have no authority to dictate where a business may locate its facilities in pursuit of lower costs and higher profits. This usurpation negates the efficiency benefits of our free market system and replaces it with the worst sort of crony capitalism.”

In preparation for the move, Boeing has already hired 2500 employees for theSouth Carolinaplant. These jobs will be lost if the NLRB prevails in blocking the company’s decision.

John, I love what you’ve done these days with your “satire”. I honestly can’t tell the difference anymore.

His “real” name as recorded on his LFBC is Barry Dunham. There’s other info on it too, that the Dems cannot allow to be made public.

They are gonna fight the good fight on the birther inquiries. Their media (big nets, big papers, and NPR) are going to deny, ofuscate, hedge, and lie til they are past election day 2012. This guy can’t afford to allow ANY of his birth, school records, or passports to be made public.

Well, you had me fooled. I read the article and it sounded exactly like something the Rats on the NLRB would say.

John,
The story at the Washington Examiner is quite real, but is not substantially different than your story.

This administration is confusing me about what is real and what is not. They seem to be living in a fantasy land.

This guy Solomen has spent his whole career, thirty years, at the NLRB. I hope someone is keeping a list of those who should be dumped come 2012.

I doubt he has a LFBC from HI....

If the name is Barry Dunham on his BC (wherever it is from) he would be as named by some here: “Barry the Bastard”.

There has been some talk that his real name was Steve Dunham. I have no clue where that came from, but have been told it was his name.

In the absense of “any” evidence, we can only wonder.

My gut tells me that BHO, Sr. is not his real father. But someone is.

Maybe his LFBC starts with the numbers 666. I’m only half kidding.
