Birther Czar Joseph Farah: I've Been Talking To Donald Trump 'Quite A Bit'
Talking Points Memo ^ | April 14, 2011 | Jillian Rayfield

Posted on 04/14/2011 6:25:59 PM PDT by 2ndDivisionVet

Looks like Donald Trump is taking his birtherism to the next level -- by soliciting advice from birther czar Joseph Farah.

Kendra Marr of Politico reports that Farah says he and Trump talked every day this week, and he has been advising Trump on the basics of birtherism. "We've have been speaking quite a bit," Farah said.

Since he started maybe-running for president, Trump has repeatedly questioned the legitimacy of President Obama's U.S. birth. Conspiracy theories about Obama's birth certificate have been repeatedly debunked, but that hasn't stopped Trump from speculating that the President's grandparents planted a birth announcement in a Hawaii newspaper to get government benefits like welfare and hospitalization.

According to Marr, Farah said he offered to give Trump a tutorial in birtherism once Trump started publicly asking questions about President Obama's birth certificate. "His people were very quick to respond," Farah said.

If there was any question about Trump's legitimacy as a presidential candidate, his association with Farah should answer it. As the founder and editor of the influential right-wing "news" site WorldNetDaily (WND), Farah has continued to give the birther issue oxygen, long after it was abandoned by mainstream conservatism.

This week Farah admitted WND publishes "some misinformation by columnists." Farah was responding to questions from Salon's Justin Elliott about WND's repeated (and erroneous) claim that Obama has spent $2 million on a legal team to fight the birther lawsuits, a claim that was eventually picked up by Trump.

With Trump, Farah has found someone who gets enough publicity to bring the birther issue back to the forefront. Farah wrote recently on his website: "And so it is in 2011, in the USA, when suddenly, with childlike innocence and a natural-born sense of curiosity, billionaire and would-be presidential candidate Donald Trump shouted from a media pedestal no one could ignore, 'Look, the emperor has no birth certificate!'"

Farah doesn't stop with birtherism, though. He's also questioned whether Obama is a Christian: "Here's the truth: Obama is not a Christian. He doesn't even know what it means to be a Christian."

And he's said a few inflammatory things about gay people too, comparing speaking to the gay conservative group GOProud with addressing the KKK, calling for conservatives to "purge" the movement of GOProud and gay rights supporters, and saying that "German-style Nazism was a pagan, homosexual cult."

Farah and WND have been rejected by the broader conservative movement. They were barred from holding a panel on birther issues at the Conservative Political Action Conference in 2009, and haven't been welcomed back since.

This year WND ran an article theorizing that CPAC had been infiltrated by Muslims.

TPM readers may also remember that WND was behind a book about how the Council On American Islamic Relations (CAIR) allegedly used interns to secretly infiltrate Capitol Hill offices, written by a man who posed as a Muslim to get an internship at CAIR. Four House Republicans picked up the claims from the book, called Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That's Conspiring to Islamize America. As Farah describes it, it exposes the "international cabal working on behalf of Saudi-style Shariah law right here in America."

I dare say if he shot someone on Prime time Television, most of the people in America would say “Did you hear something?”

Wasn't there a congressman who said Bill Clinton could rape a child on prime time television and he wouldn't be going anywhere?

Man, I wanted Fred Thompson in office.

But he had no fire in his belly for the populist American idol set.

Perfect! Thats just the candidate I want!
But we got a break dancing populist tool instead.

Since when has Trump been the face of the TEA party?

Easy answer. Exposure.

The better question is:

Where were all the other possible candidates on Obama's eligibilty? On Obama's policies?

Normally Sarah Palin's out there with the same message over and over: "Drill In Alaska." and "I'm a Ronald Reagan candidate"

These camdidates are WEAK! It's shameful. It's a shame that someone like Trump can come in and take over because of the weakness of our candidates.

Look at Boehner. The man cries. I do not see him asking Obama to come clean.

It's a shame.

Personally I'd prefer Alan Keyes over many of these candidates. And that's telling.

Wasn't there a congressman who said Bill Clinton could rape a child on prime time television and he wouldn't be going anywhere? I don't recall that, but yeah, the media covered up for Bill. H3ll, the media ELECTED bill! Prior to Obama he was the most disgusting man to ever hold the office. Jimmy Carter was worse (than Clinton, not Obama) but prior to Obama Clinton was the most disgusting.

It’s funny and sad how many chumps he’s able to round up around here. But it’s just a sign of the times. You know, I like Trump. I find him amusing. Entertaining. But that’s it. He’s playing people for fools and being rewarded for it.

Me too! He looked like he could have been another Reagan, He had fire in the belly prior to the debates on videos he made and all. Something got lost just before the debates.

TRUMP is the tea party?

Trump has the Tea Party and the Birthers.

Someone dropped the ball, I'd say.

He's the only serious candidate taking advantage of every day.

I’ve met Alan Keyes. I like the H3ll out of him! I used to be a contributor to BAMPAC. Unfortunately I think he’s too strong of a brew for most Americans to drink.

I wish Donald Trump would talk with Leo Donofrio, a Constitutional lawyer who is certainly an expert on our US Constitution!

The rule of law is not trivial. The lawlessness that you are seeing all around you was only possible because of the lawlessness that put this usurper into office. And I am talking crimes. Forgery, perjury, alteration of government records, blackmail, etc. And that’s just what we can document.

And there are a multitude of laws and rules broken which don’t necessarily match anything in the criminal code but which are just plain lawlessness. Stuff like Fukino illegally hiding the HDOH Administrative Rules. Stuff like refusing to obey UIPA. Heck, do you realize that the spokesperson for the HI AG just over the weekend was reported as saying that OBAMA HIMSELF does not have a “direct and tangible interest” in his own long-form BC? That violates HRS 338-13, HRS 338-18, and UIPA. There are 3 different reasons that Obama’s birth records are all REQUIRED by UIPA to be disclosed to the public, and the HDOH Administrative Rules all along have allowed (and thus required, according to UIPA) ANYBODY WHO ASKS FOR IT to receive Obama’s non-certified COLB.

On my blog I have documented some of the laws and rules broken by the HDOH and OIP.

Of the government agencies that (supposedly) have records for Obama, we have

1) the HDOH, which is breaking laws, lying/deceiving in public to cover up what they’ve already acknowledged in official responses (that Obama has no legally-valid BC from Hawaii and the Factcheck COLB is a forgery), and altering government records to cover for Obama.

2) the Selective Service Administration, which actually FORGED a draft registration for Obama, ultimately revealed as a forgery because the automatic date stamp said ‘08, not ‘80 as they tried to claim

3) the Social Security Administration, whose SSN verification site acknowledges that the SSN used by Obama on his last tax return was never issued to Barack Hussein Obama.

4) the Passport Office, in which supervisors THREE TIMES disabled the security protocols to enable Obama’s passport file to be breached. And whose supervisor filed an affidavit including reference to what appears to be a forged “cable” claiming that the retention period for passport applications was changed and millions of records destroyed without leaving any of the legally-required paper trail.

All these offices have been obfuscating on FOIA requests, so they are very well aware of the guilt in their offices but are covering their own arses as well as Obama’s.

It is lawlessness.

And Doug Hagmann says he has eyewitness evidence that Soros, Emanuel, and Axelrod got Obama’s lawyer to threaten Fox and 3 other media companies, as well as radio companies with annihilation via FCC and/or anti-monopoly measures after the election if they reported on the eligibility issue. Hagmann says that the on-air personalities he spoke to were genuinely fearful for their lives and the lives of their family members. We’re not talking piddles here. We’re talking big-time crimes.

If we overlook all that, what law-breaking CAN’T we overlook? Until we realize and expose the fact that we are dealing with lawless thugs in EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE, people will only care whether they “like” Obama. A lot of people who may have personally liked Hitler might have seen things a little differently if they had to look at the emaciated people he killed.

This is not about Obama. It has nothing to do with him personally. This is about the rule of law being trampled before and after the election, in order to keep him in a position of power where he could keep ANYBODY from enforcing the laws - like Arizona, or the bankruptcy judges, etc.

If we poo-pooh the acorn we have nothing to gripe about when the oak tree uproots our house’s foundations. From the very outset, Obama and his handlers have sought the destruction of America’s foundations, and the most BASIC foundation of all is the rule of law. Without that, it doesn’t matter who we elect or what laws get passed - because nobody will ENFORCE the laws anyway. That’s what the POTUS is - the chief EXECUTIVE, the one who ENFORCES what Congress enacts. If he is a lawless thug, we have no law enforcement. And that’s what we’re seeing.

Soros used lawlessness to get a man of lawlessness into place where he could control all the law enforcement and administrative functions of the government, and by lawsuits keep individual states from enforcing the law as well. Once the virus has disabled the anti-virus software the virus can do what it wants - and that is what we are seeing now. But to fix the problem we have to deal with the roots that put Obama into place - the lawlessness and failure of the entire system to confront that lawlessness.

Because if we don’t fix the system, then Soros will just do the same thing all over again with somebody else as his puppet.
