The thing is, she used to be a big fan. She always used to try to watch the show. Last night really set her off.
She's really upset about Glenn Beck going off the air. OTOH, I'm not so upset. I joke sometimes - I come home to another delivery of several months of Mountain House food, ammo boxes and other survival supplies: Wifey's been watching Glenn Beck again! (lol!)
Why was MO’s law license inactivated by the court? Anybody know for sure? Did/does BO has/have a law license and if so, what’s the status? Thanks.
OK so Trump runs as an independent and splits the vote so DEMS can win again. How does his run for President help anybody?
You are assuming that once Obama is exposed as the Fraud that he is all the dims are still going to vote for him. What about the Hillary supporters who were instructed about party unity. This will be the demise of the democratic party (think nuclear version of Watergate).
It could be the year of the independent/3rd party.
Right now I am not voting for any candidate who is not willing to confront Obama on his elegibility as well as support investigations into election fraud that was committed in 2008 in those states that required the candidates meet the constitutional requirements to hold office. What proof was submiited at that time? Who verified that proof and signed off on it? These people as well need to be held to account.

Good analogy...except, BOR would be the fearless hero who defies everyone and stands up for truth, justice and the American way despite risk to his own life. (Or, at least that’s the way he would tell it. Just ask him.)
Hey, Robin, it also says: Voluntarily Inactive and not authorized to practice law.
Confusing. What’s what here?
Oh thank you, Master!
I LOVE this song and have it on my ipod...big smile first thing in the AM, thanx!
Highly recommend watching Gerry Willis on FoxBus...she’s great and has great guests...cheers.
Clinton could have raped a 15 year old cheerleader on the lawn of the White House and still got elected. You assume that voters today have any brain power. The Democrats will vote for their leader without thought. They also get better at cheating every year. A third party is death.
As referenced by another Freeper, call the O’Reilly Factor what it appears to be: The Ted Baxter Factor.
bill oreally is the new and improved dan blather! LOL

The point is the Birther issue IS THEE most vital of issues...”
Hotlanta Mike, thanks for posting this.
I think Lame Cherry nails this—(it’s good strategy, even if you aren’t a birther).
Lame Cherry is odd, sometimes; lewd, sometimes; but ALWAYS fascinating and thought provoking...makes you wonder just who that guy is.
There is still a lie on his record: he definitely did have a former name. He used to be Barry Soetoro.
And he failed to disclose his former name on his lawyer application.
BOR also stated another lie — well, unproven either way. BOR said Obama did not receive foreign aid.
How do we know this? He hasn’t released his transcripts. We don’t know what his status was as a student. He apparently got into HLS after graduating Occidental WITHOUT honors (below 3.3 GPA). Does Obama get a free pass from producing his school records solely because he’s (half) black?
What about the DNC donors? Obama has spent $2,000,000 in their donations to pay a law firm to fight ‘birther’ issue legal battles around the country, rather than pay the $10 fee to get his long form.
WHY?
Doesn’t that raise the slightest bit of curiosity from any real journalist? Does that group exclude BOR?
Finally, leftist nuts (Van jones, Charlie Sheen, etc.) were willing to believe that United States government funded a well-orchestrated conspiracy involving dozens of ‘fall guy’ terrorists, controlled demolition of the World Trade Center, fake rockets posing as planes hitting the Pentagon etc. That makes sense to the leftists and MSNBC doesn’t denounce Van Jones as a kook.
However, a grandmother reporting a birth taking place outside the country to get a birth certificate (which was and is allowed by Hawaiian law) is some ‘tin foil hat’ theory?
$2,000,000 in legal fees vs. $10 for a certified copy of the long form. Draw your own reasonable conclusions.
How about just the simple:
“Hey, he very well may have been born here. I think most likely he was. But the American public deserves to know everything reasonable and expected, especially if it goes to the legal qualifications to hold the office. So show it?
Mr. Democrat, I’m trying to save you another $2,000,000 in donations. Wouldn’t you rather see that money go to some good cause. If there’s nothing to the BC issue, let’s end all this money waste by your party and get it over with. Don’t you think there are better uses for millions of dollars instead of spending it on legal fees? Would you agree to file a suit to stop your party from squandering financial resources on this, as you say, non-issue??”
That’s a distinct possibility, Red. It’s why I’d like an IL lawyer to interpret what the boxes mean. Bar requirements vary from state to state.
It may be that in IL, lawyers are required to carry malpractice insurance (like some states require auto insurance on vehicles or at least be part of a state pool for the uninsured). Those professional liability premium rates would be determined by any claims or disciplinary proceedings made against a lawyer. Again, like auto insurance.
Because of that requirement (if it exists) in IL an attorney may have to file with the court and be granted the authorization to inactivate your license. I just don’t know.
I do think we have to be careful to separate the wheat from the chaff. There has been way too much speculation and too many dead ends pursued about both Obamas. IMO, this should be nailed down as to what ‘voluntary’ and ‘court ordered’ inactivation means.
As fate would have it, my former brother in law is a member of the IL bar, so I looked up his record for a comparison to MO. He’s retired but is still a member of the bar, not inactive, but it says he can’t practice law there because he hasn’t met some CLE requirements. I guess that memo didn’t reach him on the golf course. There is nothing in his record, tho, about malpractice insurance, as there is for MO. That box isn’t even on his record at all. It could be because any mandate to carry malpractice insurance was implemented only for lawyers admitted after a certain date and the bil was admitted long before that.
MALPRACTICE INSURANCE
Q: Do I need to carry malpractice insurance?
A: No, you do not. Supreme Court Rule 756(e) requires that, as part of the annual registration process, you must report whether you carry malpractice coverage and, if so, the dates of coverage for the policy. Rule 756(g) provides that a lawyer will be deemed not registered for the year if the lawyer has failed to provide malpractice insurance information as required by Rule 756(e).

BOR spins like a top for Obama.
Thanks.
Do you have any idea why the IL bar status on the report would be “voluntarily inactive” while the malpractice section says “by court order?” Are insurers able to ‘read between the lines?’
I tend to think Red’s thinking is on target, but the MO record is vague and contradictory.
Give me a choice between being a practicing lawyer, working like a dog and billing by the hour, and being the wife of a US Senator who’s handed a seat on the board of a prestigious university for several hundred grand a year. Guess which I’m gonna take?
It seems highly unusual, tho, for a young woman to inactivate her bar membership. With that board pay, she can surely afford a couple hundred dollars a year for bar dues, even if she’s not going to practice law.
I would imagine after X years inactive, one has to go through the admissions process, or a variation of it, all over again. Not that MO will spend one day of her life actually practicing law.
Does anyone remember what Slick Willie did after his 5 year suspension ended? Did he reapply to be a member of the bar? If so, since it was a disciplinary action, did he have to do anything beyond filling out paper work?
