There is still a lie on his record: he definitely did have a former name. He used to be Barry Soetoro.

And he failed to disclose his former name on his lawyer application.

BOR also stated another lie — well, unproven either way. BOR said Obama did not receive foreign aid.

How do we know this? He hasn’t released his transcripts. We don’t know what his status was as a student. He apparently got into HLS after graduating Occidental WITHOUT honors (below 3.3 GPA). Does Obama get a free pass from producing his school records solely because he’s (half) black?

What about the DNC donors? Obama has spent $2,000,000 in their donations to pay a law firm to fight ‘birther’ issue legal battles around the country, rather than pay the $10 fee to get his long form.

WHY?

Doesn’t that raise the slightest bit of curiosity from any real journalist? Does that group exclude BOR?

Finally, leftist nuts (Van jones, Charlie Sheen, etc.) were willing to believe that United States government funded a well-orchestrated conspiracy involving dozens of ‘fall guy’ terrorists, controlled demolition of the World Trade Center, fake rockets posing as planes hitting the Pentagon etc. That makes sense to the leftists and MSNBC doesn’t denounce Van Jones as a kook.

However, a grandmother reporting a birth taking place outside the country to get a birth certificate (which was and is allowed by Hawaiian law) is some ‘tin foil hat’ theory?

$2,000,000 in legal fees vs. $10 for a certified copy of the long form. Draw your own reasonable conclusions.

How about just the simple:

“Hey, he very well may have been born here. I think most likely he was. But the American public deserves to know everything reasonable and expected, especially if it goes to the legal qualifications to hold the office. So show it?

Mr. Democrat, I’m trying to save you another $2,000,000 in donations. Wouldn’t you rather see that money go to some good cause. If there’s nothing to the BC issue, let’s end all this money waste by your party and get it over with. Don’t you think there are better uses for millions of dollars instead of spending it on legal fees? Would you agree to file a suit to stop your party from squandering financial resources on this, as you say, non-issue??”
