Can you imagine, back in the day, the CIA sending a mole into East-
Germany with such flawed documents and credentials as Obozo has produced (or, more accurately, FAILED to produce).
Only if they did not want him back. The folks in the STASI actually gave a damn who came into their country. Seems most Americans no longer give a damn about who makes it to the levers of power here. Even an ineligible community organizer can make it. It begs the question of who might be next in the job. Since we’ve already done the malignant narcissist thing, my guess is a convicted axe murderer/child molester/rapist. MEMO TO THE DEMOCRATS: Make your selection early for 2016 as it doesn’t appear that your people are any smarter now than they were in 2008.
It was H.L.Mencken who offered that no one would ever go broke underestimating the taste of the American public, he’d be spinning in his grave to learn that his phrase could also apply to their intelligence/critical thinking skills.
The election of 2008 and subsequent events have only validated their audacity concerning what I fear has become a nation of dopes.
Those of us who seek to preserve what remains of the IDEA of America those 56 men paid so heavy a price to leave us, now find ourselves in the midst of an increasingly serious war with an idea once thought impossible to take root here. And it will only become more vicious as the “progressives” encounter more resistance from those who refuse to submit to their tyrannical “radical transformation.”
If the November, 2012 elections go the wrong way, things could get more “exciting” here than any time since 1861.

No, I'm not. As I stated, I parted ways with the 'pubbies years ago. It's just a heart-felt rant since we still have the two party system and the Tea Party now has influence in the Republicn party, although Boehner doesn't get it.

As to the "Obama democrats", they have become slaves on the federal plantation and don't want to stop the gravy train. I blame the independents and liberal white guilt for electing the evil one.

Fine--Bring it to the Senate. Make them vote. Make them GO ON RECORD. Then flog them with their votes in the election campaign.
It is not a waste of time to send bills to the Senate that will be defeated. The democrats will have a choice. Pass the bill, or vote against the will of the people.

The 3 main branches of government are: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial.
The 3 branches to make laws, are House of Representatives, which are supposed to be closest to the people, therefore, they hold the purse strings, and only need a simple majority; the Senate, who works with the House on the wording of the final bill, and the President, who can sign the bill, or veto it. Vetoes can be overridden.
With a single vote over half the total, R’s control the third part of those branches, that is in control of the spending.
