USS Ronald Reagan is expected to operate in the fleet for about 50 years, and carries over 80 combat aircraft. The bridge towers 20 stories above the waterline, and at 1092 feet long, the hull is nearly as long as the Empire State Building is tall.
Driven by four 21-ft. bronze propellers each 21 feet across and weighing 66,200 pounds, the USS Ronald Reagan is home to cca 6,000 sailors. It carries enough food and supplies to operate for 90 days between port calls, with 18,150 meals served daily.
Four onboard distillation plants provide 400,000 gallons of fresh water from sea water daily, enough for 2,000 homes...
This crew -much like those aboard the USS Jimmy Carter- receive weeks of special training in how to avoid conflicts and appease any and all enemies of the United States... at all costs.
An onboard Type One DNC Universal Translator can send out messages of apology in any language to anyone who may have found America offensive. The number of apologies are limitless and though some may seem hollow and disingenuous, the Navy advises all apologies will sound very sincere.
When conflict cannot be avoided, the USS Bill Clinton has orders to promptly seek refuge in Canada.
You’re demeaning the ass.
They are easily taken out by the new “Slick Willie” Chinese Stealth Fighter.
They forgot to mention that no one knows where the USS Barack Obama was built, or where she performed her sea trials. Even though she was a mere community row boat a decade ago, she is now somehow in legion with history’s great warships. In fact, this prestigious ship (as you will note in the picture, it is the first black ship in the Navy) has already been awarded battle citations for wars it is yet to fight in. In honor of its namesakes favorite expression, it has a clear, lexan bottom so you can see the depth to which you are sinking when she is headed to the bottom. You will also note that she has no oars - she is propelled swiftly through the seven seas by a new, advanced reactor powered by hopeychangium, which is completely green. The only problem is that we have yet to find a contractor who will build the Navy a 5000 mile long extension cord.
I had to save your post to documents. It says so much, in so few words.
Been to the Arizona, when my son was at Schofield with 25ID. His first detail was taking his platoon aboard the Missouri to do some maintainance work.
But wait...nuclear reactors are very dangerous. How can they be on ships with thousands of crewmen right there next to them?
You forgot the USS John Murtha. Sadly, it’s real...
bttt
Does this boat make my ass look big?
I understand the USS Jimmy Carter is mostly used for special ops and intelligence gathering. I guess since she has to spend most of her time hiding her face in shame anyway, she might as well get some work done in the process.
