The numbers were never reserved for applicants from certain states but were pools of numbers used by certain SS offices. If he has one of these numbers it only means a CT office processed it. Where did he live at the time? If he didn’t live near CT why would his local office send the application to CT to be processed? This still raises questions.
I got my SSN around 1964. Since then every 263 prefix I have ever seen was from Florida.
I am pretty sure that at one time the middle two numbers were always even tho that is no longer the case.

What kind of eligibility could Zero have that can’t be shared with the American people? Whatever it might be we have the right to know it about our president.
The level of corruption in Washington DC can be measured by the response to legitimate questions: How, when and where was The Usurper’s eligibility determined, and by whom?
These are ‘prima facia’ questions that the people in a free society are entitled to know without any dodges or double talk, pure and simple!
Anything less calls into question weather we are living in a ‘free and open’ government or a charade!
Where is the government that Our Forefathers established at great expense of blood and treasure? Apparently not in Washington DC!
I smell a strong scent of treason and corruption at the Federal Level!

Though I appreciate the inherent need to fund groups that are exposing Obama not everybody has a whole lot of money, especially conservative America.

Whenever a Family Court hears a case where there is a change in the vital record of birth, it may order a new document to be created to reflect change in data after it voids and seals the original document.
In Hawaii, when the Court orders a new vital record to be created, the registrar creates it and “files” the document. Whenever a application is made by a mother, delivery doctor and hospital administrator through attestation that a birth has occurred, the registrar “accepts” it and creates an original long form BC.
Obama’s original long form BC was “accepted” by the registrar after attestation by mother, hospital administrator, and delivery doctor and then sealed by Soetoro adoption.
Soetoro COLB created and “filed” by registrar after adoption finalized.
Soetoro COLB sealed and voided after Obama Sr returned to Hawaii to contest the adoption in 1971. The Obama COLB was “filed” by registrar after a court to create it was issued.

Actually, since 1973 they have been using the state (actually zip code) to assign the first 3 digits.
Before 1973 the code did indicate what regional office it came from.
And that is still the process TODAY. Not a while back. It remains the process until later this year.

Since 1973, social security numbers have been issued by our central office. The first three (3) digits of a person’s social security number are determined by the ZIP Code of the mailing address shown on the application for a social security number. Prior to 1973, social security numbers were assigned by our field offices. The number merely established that his/her card was issued by one of our offices in that State. Is this a statement of record? Could it be documented in written communication from this congressman's office?
If this is indeed the line taken by congress, then whatever documentation that was seen from HI should be made public. We should be able to see anything any member of congress was given that satisfied their expectation of what made Obama eligible.
Someone should do a FOIA on this documentation. Follow the trail from there.
Butterdezillion, has this already been done? I am not fully up on all things related to this matter. Maybe I am seeing an opportunity where none exists?
