Conpiracy? i guess if you want to continue to call anything about this persons actions just conspiracy theroy. Maybe check the definition of Conspiracy theroy? Conspiracy theroy is not a bad thing! Lying and decieving are. For a person to sit in the WH and refuse to set people straight (which he can easily do) is a conspiracy.

No, he didn't "use" several SS numbers, that's just the result of flawed databases spitting out garbage data. It makes it look like he has multiple numbers connected to his name, but then so do 20 million other Americans:
