No, he didn't "use" several SS numbers, that's just the result of flawed databases spitting out garbage data. It makes it look like he has multiple numbers connected to his name, but then so do 20 million other Americans:

They admit that some is LIKELY linked to fraud. What’s interesting is that the article uses the term AMERICANS when what is also LIKELY is that many of those with such discrepancies are not AMERICANS and are, in fact, ILLEGAL ALIENS who use bogus SS#s. They share numbers. They make up numbers.
So this story tells us that Obama is among the only 6.1% of the population who have more than one SS# associated with his name.
What percentage of the population, I wonder, consists of illegal aliens? 7 to 20 million, per Wikipedia, so roughly 2 to 7% of the population; 6.1% fits nicely within that range.
To put it in another way, what percentage of the population consists of those who use fraudulent SS#s for whatever reason?
More than 100,000 people have more than 5 SS#s associated with their names. 100,000 sounds like a lot of people, but not when you put it into perspective—roughly 1/3 OF 1% of the population have numerous SS#s; but of those few, our POTUS is one. He and a lot of illegal aliens, in all probability. We know he’s exceptional, of course, so this should be no surprise to us.
If you’re considering these to be data entry errors, then it wouldn’t be hard to spot a typo, such as a transposition of adjoining digits or just one digit off. But Obama’s “mistakes” don’t look at all like data entry errors.
I’m no mathemetician, but perhaps among the FR community, there’s somebody with the ability to figure probabilities. What’s the probability that in the case of ONE person with more than 5 SS#s associated with his name, that each and every incident is the result of, not deliberate fraud, but serial data entry errors?
