Is Obama Bribing the States on Eligibility?

Continuing to thwart the United States Constitution and the people’s will, the Obama-Jarrett administration appears to be bribing the states considering eligibility legislation. Already Georgia* and New Hampshire’s eligibility bills will be postponed to 2013, clearly to protect Obama. And although there are signs of improvement in the language of the Arizona bill, what do you want to bet that will be postponed too?

The way the bribe is being set up only reinforces our own research that Congress is engaged in the cover up of the usurpation.

The goal is to reduce or threaten federal funding for key infrastructure projects in those states that have eligibility bills. But in order to hide the extortion, the reductions in funding must appear to come from Congress, specifically the republicans in Congress. Whatever loophole is left the democrat-controlled Senate will fix.

This is the federal government extracting behavior out of the states by leveraging our tax dollars. It is power the Founders never wanted our federal government to have.

The real thing here is that if we had just even 1/3 of the MSM actually true to their profession this man would not even be in office. Hell, we would actually have politicians being held accountable for their votes or even their flat out lies that is covered for them now. Your post show the clear ‘basis’ of the Article II clause ‘natural born Citizen’. It is that natural law citizenship follows your father. The first naturalization act said it clearly - to the point of not requiring the jus soli requirement.

Jus sanguinis is the foundation and never disputed foundation of natural passage of citizenship.

No one wants to deal with this basic fact. Natural citizenship is based on your father. All other citizenship including that based soley on jus soli (as in the 14th Amendment) is man-made or positive law and is not ‘natural’.

I will point out that ‘natural born Citizen’ IS defined. It IS defined because it is not a PROPER NOUN. It is a phrase with a proper noun (Citizen) with two adjectives preceding it. Those adjectives are ‘natural’ and ‘born’. Each can stand alone. Thus ‘natural born Citizen’ is the exact same as ‘natural Citizen and born Citizen’. Language constructs sometimes map well to mathematical constructs. So in mathematics this looks like this (n + b)*C = n*C+b*C.

So can break down ‘natural born Citizen’ into ‘natural Citizen’ and ‘born Citizen’.

As indicated natural Citizen is that that follows your father. This is natural law. A born Citizen is a Citizen ‘FROM BIRTH’. Not ‘at birth’, FROM BIRTH. Go look it up the definition of the adjective born is ‘FROM birth’.

This is counter to many statements by may politicians and judges. I care not. I have faith that our founders were not sloppy and not incorrect in their meaning and intent for Article II. They did not ‘define’ ‘natural born Citizen’ because they did not need to. All 3 words are NOT a PROPER NOUN. Though one is - Citizen. Had they meant to defined a new PROPER NOUN called Natural Born Citizen they had to do only one thing - capitalize natural and born. They did not. And they knew the English language.

Do not the intent and the meaning of this critical Constitutional phrase get shredded. Our founders had it right.

I will **NEVER** forgive Fox News. I stopped watching them 2 years ago. OReilly is enough to make me hurl.

I am disgusted with Rush Limbaugh. He spent less than 5 minutes on the topic for the first two years, and when he did mention it he treated the Constitution like a JOKE. He is still ( for the most part) ignoring Obama’s eligibility and is still making jokes about this Constitutional requirement.
