I usually don’t have a problem but I caught something that turned into bronchitis..and I felt like was on the way to pneumonia. I was going downhill fast. I didn’t feel all that bad but my chest was coughing up very thick tan mucus and I couldn’t get the coughing under control.

I started bombarding my system with everything. All the homespun remedies.

resveratrol
Thieves Oil that I had made
Nac
Vitamin D , E
Cinnamon
curcumin/bioperine
oscillococcinum ( I had a ton of this because it was a money maker at Walgreens)

egg whites on my feet
vinegar on my feet
and on and on and on

I can’t tell you what worked but it had a dramatic turnaround.

I think I would have ended up in the hospital if I hadn’t started this regimen. I didn’t start it soon enough because I figured since I really don’t have problems my body would fend it off.

Big mistake. It was pretty stupid since I basically have a Walgreens drug store in my house. I wasn’t taking anything.

Next time I will try to take more control of the situaation.

I am still coughing up a bit but it isn’t sticky mucus.

I have found oliveleaf extract to be a godsend for me
when I was sick with flu cough etc.
Last year I worked in a day care and was sick off and on for over 3 months with flu etc.

I found about about olive leaf extract and after 2 days I was much better. I always keep some on hand now and when anybody in the family is sick they are well super fast with
