It's getting ugly. The libs have been saying they want Egypt-style protests here in the U.S. Meanwhile, Pres. Obama takes the side of the protesters.

No, it’s the end of their little revolution.

Is Wisconsin the beginning of a progressive conservative revolution?

Right word, wrong side.

I think they do not realize, we conservatives(who’s taxes pay for their free ride) surround them, and we are close to having had enough of all this crap.

“Is Wisconsin the beginning of a progressive revolution?”

No just the tax eaters who are bankrupting the state rebelling against the tax payers.

Its likely this strike is in breach of the agreement between the State and the teacher’s union? If so, then like Reagan did to the air traffic controllers, can Walker fire them all?

Only 17% name themselves liberals. Won’t be much of a “revolution.” It will probably look more like the usual city protests and riots that have backfired on the Left in the past.

Parasites always scream when the host dies. That’s hardly a revolution.

I say that PRO-WALKER people start getting out there to tell the crowd that they MUST give this man some time! I mean, he has been in office less than a month! He needs time to clean up the mess left by the last Administration.

The union slugs will probably get their way even if the governor and legislature prevails - no doubt some federal judge will issue an injunction to prevent implementation of the law.

Ha! They'd like to think so. This is a far cry from a “Progressive Revolution”, most of the people that show up are paid. Everyone else is sick of their sh*t.

Isn’t this (as Glenn Beck pointed out) what that “sweet old lady” professor has been calling for? The one all the leftist politicians love?

How does it feel America, to see them rip our democratic institutions apart for their public union hegemony?

If this is a Progressive Revolution, they are done. Busing in from out of state and using school kids to pack the crowd isn't exactly a strong move. This is the beginning of the end of the Progressive movement as we know it.

Thousands of state union workers protest in Madison, while millions of Wisconsin taxpayers stay home and on the job so they can afford the taxes the unions have already burdened them with.

The teachers may be too clever by half. Parents have a choice where to send their kids for school. If the public schools don't perform, they can send their kids to private school.

This is an opportunity for private foundations to step in and provide scholarships, or at least help for families to meet the tuition at the private schools. The teachers might just find that there are not enough kids at the schools at which they were formerly employed, and thus no longer have jobs.

That would be justice.
