Video: Speaker of the House John Boehner on "Meet the Press," took the same position as House Majority Leader Eric Cantor by refusing to denounce those that question Obama's Constitutional Eligibility, but, stated he believes Obama is an American Citizen and a Christian.
The Repugs and the scum in the media continue to do a wonderful job at confusing the American people. Obama may be a "Citizen" of the United States but he is not a "natural born Citizen" of the United States, unless, of course, he has lied who his legal birth father was/is. -Video embedded below...

I handed this to my Congressman:
Under the Constitution a requirement to become POTUS:
Requires Both Parents must be Citizens of the United States to be considered a “Natural-Born” Citizen!
Mr Obama has stated in his book “Dreams of My Father” & several times at speaking engagements , that his father was a “Kenyan with British Citizenship”!
Mr Obama’s.... “Legal”....... father was a Kenyan with British Citizenship.
Under “Vattel’s Law of Nations” ( which our Founding Fathers used in defining “Natural-Born” Citizen). The “Country of the Fathers is therefor that of the Children”; and these become true citizens by their Tacit consent.
I say,that, in order to “be of the country”, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will only be the place of his birth and “Not” his Country!!
Also, as a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was goverened by:
The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act goverened the status of Obama Sr.’s Children.

(Part II, Section 5): Subject to provisions of this section, a person born after the commencement of the Act shall be a “citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies” by descent if his father is a citizen of the United Kingdom at the time of the birth.
In other words, at the time of his birth, Barack Obama Jr. was a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (or the UKC) by virtue of being born to a father who was a citizen of UKC.
Therefore, Barack Obama Jr. is “Not” eligible to be POTUS.
It is time for Congress to stand-up for the Constitution!!

Nancy Pelosi realized that Mr Obama did “Not” meet the requirements to become POTUS so; she notorized & signed 2 different affidavits certifying that Mr Obama was elegible to be nominated by the Democrat Party. The only State that had the words “Certified under the Constitution” was the State of Hawaii.... All other states received the second affidavit that said he was “eligible” to be nominated but; the words:
“Certified Under the Constitution” were eliminated..... This is Fraud & Corruption!!
Mr Obama knows that he did “Not” meet the requirements to become POTUS !!

Boehner answered wisely. His answer does nothing to give Obama cover. On the contrary, by saying he takes Obama at his word, he only exposes Obama’s obvious dishonesty problem further. As Pelosi horrifically showed us, the Speaker needs to be a Statesmen more than an ideologue.
He squarely puts the heat on Obama to change the disbelievers’ minds. It takes a pretty unbelievable president for a Speaker’s statesmenlike statement of taking the man at his word seem comical.

None of the people who covered this crime up are going to admit they have doubts and turn themselves into the fraud’s accomplices. They are all going to pretend they never had a clue that the guy was not a natural born citizen.
O’Really lied saying he saw a copy of Obama’s birth certificate when he did not. If the truth comes out he has to be able to say he was totally tricked by the COLB shown to him as a birth certificate; never had a clue and was not trying to cover up the truth.
All of them are hoping someone else forces out the truth before he gets on the ballot again. They sure won’t.
Obama has produced nothing. The Hawaii Department of Health has indirectly confirmed in 2 different ways that the Factcheck COLB is actually a forgery, and Governor Abercrombie has said there is no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii.
Why don’t you believe these Hawaii officials? Why doesn’t Boehner believe what the HI officials have ACTUALLY said? Nobody in Hawaii has EVER said that they have a legally valid birth certificate for Obama.
Abercrombie said that there is a recording of Obama’s birth that exists in the State Archive. The only records from the Vital Records Office that are authorized to be stored at the State Archive are Certificates of Hawaiian Birth that are at least 75 years old and registrations of foreign birth.
This is a critical issue because the government, law enforcement, media, and courts have all lied to all of us in order to subvert the US Constitution. If they will lie to us about something like this, what can we trust them on? If we can’t make the rule of law stick on something like this, then what CAN we make the rule of law stick on? The system has utterly failed. That is a biggie. And the most useful thing we can do for this nation is to insist that we are a nation under the rule of law, not under the rule of people who can do whatever they want. That is the difference between us and Cuba, Iran, or North Korea. I’d definitely call that a biggie.
