“That is what happens on Free Republic and is what Beck has done with Muslims to sensationalize for his audience”

No, Beck does NOT generalize about all Muslims, he’s too politically correct for that. But I will tell you (and can name many bonafide experts with first-hand knowledge on this) that Islam is a religion of violence. The Koran is a book that commands its believers to subjugate or murder ALL non-believers in the mission of making Islam supreme over the planet.

The term “moderate” Muslim is a misnomer. There are simply those who (like many Christians) either haven’t read their entire holy book or choose to focus only on the easier, more pleasant parts of it (which would be the “old testament” Koran, not the “new testament” part).

People need to read, study, or at least listen to experts on the subject, to get educated fast. It’s a matter of life and death - literally.

“Then they think America is a bad place. They hate sin. America is the home of sin.”

With all due respect, no no no. We’ve got to stop making the usual mistake as a country of thinking it’s because of anything we do or don’t do (Ron Paul DOESN’T GET THIS either).

They hate us and intend to kill us because we are not Muslim. Period. We’re Infidels, i.e., non-Muslim. I know it’s hard for us Westerners to wrap our minds around, but do it we must.

Please, please, please read or listen to some speeches by Allen West, David Horowitz, Pam Geller, Robert Spencer, Steve Emerson, Andrew McCarthy, Jed Babbin, or Brigitte Gabriel. (I’m sure I’m leaving some out, but that’s good for starters)

They’re all experts - compelling speakers with fascinating life experiences and a wealth of information and education.

“I have my recorder set to record the show EVERY day and I watch it later without having to endure the commercials.”

You can also go to watchglennbeck.com and see not only that day’s show (usually after 7 pm central) but many more through the archives there - all without commercials. Check it out sometime!

““Three E’s” or “Seven R’s” are really ridiculous, especially for his many viewers who are savvy.”

I think we should realize (or remember) that his intention isn’t so much to preach to the choir (us) as it is to get the word out to as wide an audience, and varying levels of mentality, as possible. He really believes it’s important for everyone to become more aware, more educated to what the schools and media won’t tell us, about the dangers/threats to this Republic.

“I believe he’s pitching crackpot nonsense that is being fed to him by the Romney campaign.”

No, I don’t think so. I was watching him long, long before he went over to FNC. He talked about a lot of the same things and had very interesting guests on, much as he does now. He really hasn’t changed, just that his clothes are nicer and there are more themes to his shows.

Actually, I think Beck pulls off funny and dire better than anyone I know. The subjects he talks about, and the history he’s showcasing, is as dry as a bone. So, interjecting a little humor keeps the audience’s attention.

As far as his gold pitch, which he deftly intersperses with his show like Rush does with Carbonite and Life Lock, the gold people help pay his salary, and help the stations on which he works.

It’s called Capitalism...

What happens to other countries when Muslims get the 'upper hand'?

Your words and admonitions do not agree with my personal observations and personal relations and discussions with Arab Muslim acquaintances and customers over many years. You are in my view simply wrong

Beck is self proclaimed apolitical..and if he says one more time that the GOP is just as much to blame for our country being in trouble as Rats, gonna scream!

Apolitical??

sorry Charley(ancient tuna reference)....he is anything but.

BTW I agree with his blame for the republicans...in general they are shaded slightly to the right...but are generally big spending globalist with just a touch more common sense than the democrats...

Just because he damns both ‘main’ parties does not mean he is apolitical...he seems to lean toward tea party choices like Michele Bachmann or Palin.

We're talking about radio “audio” vs. television “video” and there's a tremendous difference between presentations on each.

He was great back in the early 90s. Rush had a TV show, produced by fox news head, Roger Ailes...it was during the famous midyear elections of 94 that I found him on TV...see if you can find some of those on line, they were great...

or those who DO understand what he’s saying, but DON’T want it said, so they also call him a crazy conspiracy theorist.

Those people are scared, and in denial. This is not going to end well no matter what they call Glenn. It might not happen right away. They've suspended their constitution and the muslim brotherhood and Iran are at least some what behind the demonstrations. You get those two together and their will definitely be evil afoot. It's an unstable situation and I'm not so sure the military can hold it together. All you need is a minority of highly motivated people in the ranks. Or who knows, sometimes the turn of events are just plain unpredictable.

Actually, I think Rush does the better job with comedy and dire... Beck? ...so-so... anyway, I think we’re on the same boat... and yes, free market capitalism is where we want to be... if the left had their way, we would have neither Beck nor Rush. You have the freedom to choose yours and I mine... more power to us! and less to them!

Excuse me, but he himself has said that he isn’t up on his politics. He talks in generalities about the country and ideals instead.
and if you agree with his blame for Republicans, then you are probably a Rat troll and don’t belong in this Conservative site.

***We freepers are so very politically well-educated that often Beck's antics pall on us, or make us impatient***

Conservatives eat their own... which minimizes our chances of defeating a seditious enemy that will do ANYTHING in order to win and take all.

Worse, our enemy is Stalinist ... they infiltrate our organizations and institutions and sabotage them from within. They commandeer our language [Babel] and co-opt our terminology in order to redefine our goals.

It is difficult for me to see how our side wins as long as we divide ourselves. <sigh> Let us be careful not to do same.

They treat the chaos in the world as some kind of sport akin to the Super Bowl where everyone will whoop and holler, play dirty for their side, and then go home to their nice itty bitty lives protected by others who paid the price for that one-of-a-kind freedom over these 200 plus years in America.

Well said. I see the sport as more like that of cliques of middle class sixth grade girls (led by the ultimate sixth grade girl, Anderson Cooper) cheering on a mafia war.

Good afternoon my FRiend. I hope you are doing well.

It is difficult for me to see how our side wins as long as we divide ourselves.

To paraphrase Mr. Franklin: either we hang together, or we will surely hang separately.

Of course..it’s been the ‘goal’ all along. Anybody that believes otherwise has their head up their _________.

The monster in the WH planned this....everyone just wanted to sit back and give this ba*tard the benefit of the doubt (which is amazing) and now his true colors are out there for all to see. What is the response? “he’s stupid”, “he’s inept”, “he’s a buffoon” etc. and the entire time he’s LAUGHING at you, at me, and at all true americans.

If you own a ‘nasty’ gun or two, you better ‘lock and load’.
