Glenn Beck says that Egypt-style chaos in the streets coming to the US soon. By now, many people know that Glenn Beckalong with some conservatives and libertariansbelieves that the Egypt uprising is anything but a true peoples movement and a call for democracy. As he and even some Middle East experts see it, the uprising that led to Mubaraks stepping down yesterday is all a front for the anti-American, non-secular and Islamist Muslim Brotherhood taking over in Egypt. Beck also thinks that the chaos in Egypts streets will be the inspiration for revolutions in other countries, with the last stop on the world revolutions list being the good old US of A. He also says that the coming revolution will be masterminded by communist and socialist groups that have been egged on by Egypts example.

Glenn Beck is a day late and a dollar short as usual...
Explain further, please.
Even thought we don’t like to hear it. Glen Beck is probably right on this one.
I was listening to Beck last night and he didn’t say “soon”.... he said something to the effect of “sooner or later”.
Indeed. If only 0bama were to have resigned in face of all the protests in DC over the past 2 years.
He’s been showing how the same far left disruptors are involving themselves in the middle-east. He’s been exposing the Muslim Brotherhood’s goal to exterminate the Jews and Israel, and the goal of a global Caliphate.
But, you’re not watching. I guess it’s easy for you to jump on the bandwagon and criticize Glenn Beck.
He also says that the coming revolution will be masterminded by communist and socialist groups. It's an Oldie But Goody and I'm thinking of 'you'. SAT CONG!
Lock and Load.
[and Smoke em if ya got em]
***If we could get a few hundred thousand people to Washington to protest in the streets without getting shot by the police, and that would cause Barry to go away... IM IN!***
A few million intelligent citizens getting out to vote every 2,4,6 years would solve the problem.
The trick is to silence the MSM propoganda.
Planned “Day of rage” in Algiers and Bahrain today.
His information is probably good, but I tire of the theatrics rather quickly.
The “Day of Rage” protests first appeared in 1969 Chicago and were organized by the Weathermen and SDS.

Really? How so?
It is difficult to tell. Glenn might be right, then again he might not.
It’s worth remembering that while the majority of the protestors were Moslems, there were plenty of Hindus, Christians, Westernised students and peasants in the crowd and the military didn’t seem particularly keen to shut the protests down.
And even if it is the military rule that’s largely been responsible for Mubarak’s pro-West, pro-Israel stabilising effect, we really don’t know if they truly believed in peace with Israel, or if they only paid lip service to it because they got funding and support from us... support that they may then have used to oppress the general population of Egypt.
Right now there’s a possibility that the military will stick another general in Mubarak’s place and see how it goes, or they’ll transition to democracy.
There’s one specific reason why I think we can afford to take a step back: If there was any suspicion within the senior ranks of the Egyptian military that the Islamists stood a chance of creating a hardline Islamic Republic if democracy prevailed, they wouldn’t have sat on their hands. Remember what happened after Luxor? They pursued the Islamists with ruthless, deadly force.
Say what you like about Egypt but their secret police have too many people in too many places for them to call it totally wrong. If this was an Islamic uprising the military WOULD have stepped in.
My guess is that on this occasion the military and the protestors were on the same page but we don’t really know what that page is!
We were still thinking, “Yeah, but Mubarak’s not an Islamist and he’s been a good friend to the West” when these protests began. But, frankly, we haven’t been asking the right questions about Mubarak’s DOMESTIC policies yet.
If people were coming from the grass roots to call time on hunger, unemployment, excessive tax, and state tyranny by a one man regime with a foreign agenda, then it’s a Tea Party Movement in all but name.
It’s already been suggested by some foreign correspondants on the ground that the Egyptian uprising has given Hamas leaders, and the Iranian regime, more than a few sleepless nights. If it were an Islamic revolution I doubt they’d be as worried.
This begs the question: Mubarak was politically useful to us, but what if the general population of Egypt aren’t Islamists, and WOULD be good friends to the West?
Maybe the protests were just too peaceful. The left doesn't understand peaceful redress - they think that trash dumpsters and cars have to burn, and shoe stores need to be looted before their point can be made.
Do you have a link?
Time for some tent cities in D.C.
The inspiring Egyptians didn’t need permits, left mountains of trash and generally acted like Woodstock time in Egypt.
I wouldn’t put it past obama and his puppet masters to rile up the yutes here and do just that. The difference is that Americans are armed and we better use them.
What bothers me about Beck is he keeps reporting these dire predicitions yet wants us all to sing kumbaya and not resort to violence. I’m sorry but this is my country being destroyed along with my livelyhood. I keep and bear arms for a reason.
Exactly, peaceful protests won’t do. They will not hear us until we are enraged and we ought to be by now.
I believe he may be right but the nexus of the rioting and chaos may be unexpected.
