Mesa and Phoenix aren’t all that close. Tempe is between them. I’d like to know exactly which McD’s it is, so if I ever develop a need to go there, I’ll skip that particular joint. I don’t eat there much at all, but, as another FReeper mentioned, the coffee’s good.

MCSO’s email stated that the Deputy was at a McDonalds in Mesa. The AP contacted someone named Hector Cruz who they said was the “Mesa McDonalds Manager” when actually he is in Phoenix. So that was the MSM’s screwup. The store was in Mesa.
