O-CON DOCS: Hawaii Ballot Chief not Grandma, Called Obama To Hawaii In 2008

New analysis of Democrat Party's official 2008 Certification of Nominations for Obama reveals that reasons for his sudden trip to Hawaii in October, 2008 were to visit more than just his sick grandmother. Hawaiian election laws, media accounts and post-dated documents reveal he may have attended a private hearing with the Hawaiian Chief Elections Officer regarding his disqualification from the Hawaiian ballot due to lack of certified Constitutional eligibility.

Looking at it again.....Wow. That could be it. Someone could have toyed with it to make it appear forged.

Needless to say Barry doesn’t have any legal documentation unless Hawaiin officials consider the House Resolution. Which is no doubt how they covered their arses making those absurd proclimations. What was it, a few hours after the House Resolution 593 passed that ‘Dr.’ FukifIkno came out and said he was born in Hawaii?

Apart from the question of where he was born, it’s pretty nearly certain that when he was adopted as Barry Soetero and attended school in Indonesia, he was an Indonesian citizen. No one else was permitted to attend school at that time.

So, he was an Indonesian citizen as far as Indonesia was concerned, if they bothered to check. Whoop de do! Indonesia does not matter.

And it was also the law that you could not be a dual citizen at that time. So his parents would have had to relinquish his American citizenship—if he had it in the first place.

Parents can't do that. Minors can't renounce their US citizenship, nor can their parents do it for them.

It would have been easy enough for him to get his citizenship back when he returned to Hawaii, or at any time until he came of age. But there is no evidence that he did any of the required paperwork.

Why bother? He was clearly a red-blooded, natural-born American commie enrolled in a limousine liberal school in Honolulu.

That makes him an illegal alien.

Not true. And a waste of time to maintain, even with solid proof (which you clearly do not have), unless you can convince 67 US Senators.

You may recall that it was 'released' online in October 2009. Now look at this:

That redacted image appeared in this WCJ article from July 2009.

And what was *that* image redacted from? This blogger's birth certificate, which was put online in June 2008.

There are marks in several boxes that establish this chain, but the most significant ones are in boxes 19a and 21. Also notice how the 'Obama' certificate has lines missing between certain boxes that coincide with the white redaction boxes.

Frankly, the document's lack of authenticity should be obvious from the typesetting alone. Typewriters don't haphazardly change their vertical positioning when filling out a form from left to right. But Obama's name, birthdate, and the statute reference at bottom are all over the place.

Where was Obama between October 23rd - 24th, 2008?

If Obama had Secret Service protection, then the Secret Service detail log for those two days should be accessible via a FOIA to the Secret Service, Department of Treasury.

There are lots of reasons he could have gone to Hawaii at that particular time.

In order to check the hypothesis we’d need to see the genuine letter that was sent to Obama telling him whether or not his name would be placed on the ballot.

This theory assumes that it is the HDP that has to certify Constitutional eligibility; the law itself doesn’t state that directly and Deputy AG Schulaner told me that it could be either the HDP or the DNC, as long as somebody did it. But the HDP was the only entity that could sign off on the DNC candidate also being the candidate of the HDP - that there was no conflict there. Because if the HDP nominated somebody different than the DNC nominated, Cronin would have had to decide which candidate, if any, would go on the ballot.

The HDP never stated that Obama was specifically their candidate. The Elections Office worker I spoke to basically said that they never contest the paperwork, and Schulaner said it would have to be something very blatant for them to not give the political parties the benefit of the doubt.

I know that HDP Chairman and Obama’s HI campaign manager Brian Schatz was one of the big pushers to get rid of Cronin, right about the same time that the story of the two different DNC OCON’s was becoming visible. There had been conflicts all along over a variety of things (including the bid for the electronic voting machines...which raises red flags given the usual democratic voter fraud, although the race was not even close in HI for Obama), but it is worth noting that it was the DEM LEADERS who wanted Cronin to leave.

The date stamp missing from the OCON’s should be explained by somebody at the Elections Office.
