( * No matter how this thing plays out, Barry is perhaps the single biggest fraud ever perpetrated upon the people of the United States of America. And, it happened on our watch with those in a position of power to make a determination on this either obfuscated, ridiculed and/or otherwise ignored the situation. * )
" This is why increasing numbers of Americans are finding both the MSM and the old-boy DC crowd nauseating. We are slipping into a state of wholesale lawlessness, the former is concerned only with supporting Obama and attacking Palin, while the latter is concerned with House rules, who gets which office, and how best to preserve their gains or reverse their losses. None of them cares about the Constitution in any way.
The TEA party is our biggest hope right nowplus the right-wing blogosphere. The old-style pols will find out the power of both (in 2012), if they continue down their current losing path.
I do think Abercrombie may blunder his way into giving us a hand. Hes off to a good start. Lets hope he follows through. "
Just to let the MSM know, we don't worship " The One " ... we only worship the one and only King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ almighty.
I guess the next step of the MSM will be calling those who don't worship him “ hate mongers “ and call for legislation for those who don't worship him to be persecuted... Sarcasm..

“The Obama is ineligible movement needs to recruit a lead plaintiff and a well known conservative constitutional attorney who is admitted to the Supreme Court bar.”
Also they need to pick a well respected and qualified judge.

Amen, AC, to what you said about us not worshiping ‘The One’. That is why I never refer to Obama that way. I call him ‘The Won’. But you are right; we worship Jesus, which does drive Obama crazy. Why else did he have all Christian symbols covered up at Georgetown??? This is one sick man, who in his mind probably really does have a messianic complex. But as the Scripture says, ‘Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world’. Victory is assured. :)
Another one Obama might want to look into is ‘Pride goes before a fall’. He may find that an eerily prophetic Scripture before this is all over.

Drive the MSM crazy, proclaim :
JESUS CHRIST IS THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS AND IS SOON TO COME BACK TO SET UP HIS EARTHY KINGDOM AND DOMAIN !
AND EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW AND EVERY TONGUE CONFESS THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD !

Orly Taitz thought she had one for her quo warranto claim against Obama. She “judge shopped” for Chief US District Court Judge for the District of Columbia, Royce C. Lamberth. Judge Lamberth was a Reagan appointee and highly respected. Lamberth ended up dismissing Taitz’s lawsuit and ridiculing her in his Memorandum Opinion: “This is one of several suits brought by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen as is required by the Constitution. This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.”—”Taitz v Obama”

My initial reaction, without specific knowledge of the particulars of this case, is that there is some fundamental problem with how the case was pleaded. My impression is enhanced by previous commentaries on FR (including John Armour) who opined that specific cases would go no where. My recollection is that there was some technical problems with the cases.
I find it hard to believe that a conspiracy is so wide spread that all judges are swept up in it. I am also frustrated that it appears only fringe lawyers have taken up this case.

You are correct, there were technical problems with Taitz v Obama, namely that Orly Taitz did not have Article III standing to pursue a quo warranto (by whose authority?) claim against Obama. It was the same technical problem that has appeared in about 70 different Obama eligibility legal challenges.
I also agree with you that “fringe lawyers” tend to do a terrible job of finding the right plaintiffs who are eligible to sue.
My personal opinion is that John McCain, Sarah Palin and the Republican National Committee would be the perfect plaintiffs and would have Article III standing to sue Obama for damages.
However a criminal grand jury investigation of Obama’s eligibility as a natural born citizen would be even better since there are no issues of standing in a criminal investigation for election fraud or forgery.

“Barry was a born British subject. Inherited, by birthright, from his foreign father.”
Ironically, I have a dual citizenship brother-in-law who was born in US but has a non-custodial British dad. In any case, I was unaware that you could shed your dual citizenship if your dad dies or abandons you???

Yes, presumably (nowadays's anyway) one could renounce one's British citizenship. However, what we are talking about is a "Natural
Born Citizen"...that is, the citizenship and allegiance status at birth. Otherwise, for example, if sole allegiance was OK at some point further in one's life...a "Naturalized" citizen would be eligible.
The framers had a reason for putting it in there...agreeing to the requirement without debate. Further, there doesn't appear to be any debate on that particular issue during the ratification process in any of the several states at the time. They all knew what it meant, and all agreed it was important to the point of not debating it's merit or need.

So, Munz, is this why Trump was in Arizona the week of April 3, 2011 asking questions about the definition of “Natural Born Citizen?”

Who can say for sure. It was my first thought, but only he really knows. It could have been a business deal, it could have been something regarding this. But i would think he has more lawyers and judges that he can consult than anyone.
Why bother to go to Arizona?
