“Judge Lamberth was a Reagan appointee and highly respected. Lamberth ended up dismissing Taitz’s lawsuit and ridiculing her.”

My initial reaction, without specific knowledge of the particulars of this case, is that there is some fundamental problem with how the case was pleaded. My impression is enhanced by previous commentaries on FR (including John Armour) who opined that specific cases would go no where. My recollection is that there was some technical problems with the cases.

I find it hard to believe that a conspiracy is so wide spread that all judges are swept up in it. I am also frustrated that it appears only fringe lawyers have taken up this case.

You are correct, there were technical problems with Taitz v Obama, namely that Orly Taitz did not have Article III standing to pursue a quo warranto (by whose authority?) claim against Obama. It was the same technical problem that has appeared in about 70 different Obama eligibility legal challenges.
I also agree with you that “fringe lawyers” tend to do a terrible job of finding the right plaintiffs who are eligible to sue.
My personal opinion is that John McCain, Sarah Palin and the Republican National Committee would be the perfect plaintiffs and would have Article III standing to sue Obama for damages.
However a criminal grand jury investigation of Obama’s eligibility as a natural born citizen would be even better since there are no issues of standing in a criminal investigation for election fraud or forgery.
