Sometimes in life though, re-arrangements of personal strategy in life is called for.
The devolopment of Humanity is complicated stuff. On all accounts, don't ask the sons of RAF veterans who've dropped bombs right through living rooms in Dresden and other parts of Germany for mercy.

Yes, but that’s the way it is. In my opinion, it can’t/shouldn’t be fought as a war, because there is no enemy like in other wars. These guys move from country to country as they wish, no uniforms, no loyalty to any one country. Their loyalties are to a global region and a radical religious view. We can’t just go into a country and blow it away because the majority of their population is Muslim. That would be wrong.

We don’t know from where this war emanates? We don’t know how to find them because they are not in uniform?

I would like to see us get out of the ME and let them self-destruct on their own. They say they want us out, we should get out, one less excuse/reason they have for being terrorists.

Appeasement has always worked so well, we should definitely try that. Because a nuclear armed Iran would be no threat ... and them teaming with North Korea would be ass preposterous as the Germans teaming up with the Japanese.
I agree we should remove conventional ground troops out of the ME. I am under no illusion that if we withdraw, the terrorists will leave us alone.
If the USA under the UN and other Leftist arseholes are not going to be allowed to surgically remove threats, I’m all for a underground privately funded army to do so.
I doubt they would leave us alone also, at least for a while. If the other countries that have a vested interest in the ME felt more threatened, then maybe they would do more. I have no problem with letting them self-destruct, which is what I believe would happen. We also have to become way more energy self-reliant.
