So, the repeal of DADT passed. The U.S. Military has now officially been made a promoter of the “gay rights” agenda. It is interesting that out of all the “big” issues that the liberals wanted in the lame duck session, including the Omnibus Spending Bill, the START Treaty, and the DREAM Act, the repeal of “Don't ask, don't tell” was the only one that passed. Interesting. Why? Here is a clue:
When King Balak of Moab wanted to defeat Israel, he hired a prophet, Baalam, to curse them. However, Balaam could not do it because God told Balaam that Israel was blessed. So, Balaam counseled King Balak to seduce Israel with idolatry and sexual immorality. Why? Because Balaam knew that once Israel sinned with idols and immorality, they would no longer be blessed and Moab could defeat them in battle. This is exactly why, in the end, the left cared more about the repeal of DADT than anything else. God is not mocked. The wind has been sown. the whirlwind will inevitably come.
It must not be forgotten that GOP votes provided the margin of victory for this travesty. After all the hard work and sacrifice of traditional values conservatives for the GOP this cycle, this is how they are immediately repaid.
Millions of American families have, in their hearts, just written off the GOP. Why continue to work and support a political party that let's you down when you need it? If you are going to lose anyway, why not support a minor party that stands exactly with you on the values issues you care about? If the total moral corruption of the nation can't be stopped, why be involved at all? Also, millions of American families have just written off the military option for their children. Why should they send them to the military to be indoctrinated that homosexuality is just as good as heterosexuality, force them to sleep and shower with open homosexuals, and put them in a place where merely expressing their opinion that homosexuality is immoral will earn them a reprimand or worse. Further, the soldiers will lose the support of thousands of career conservative Chaplains who will either choose or be forced to leave the military.
OK. I see it now. The liberals and the libertarians have convinced me. The military's bloated bureaucracy and inefficiency wastes hundreds of billions of dollars anyway. It is fighting wars in far-away places it shouldn't be. It has bases in nations that should be defending themselves. If they can't, so be it. Bring 'em all home. Shrink the military. Defund the waste.
The new GOP majority in the House and the increased numbers in the Senate cannot undo this terrible deed. And, next cycle, when the GOP needs the support of traditional values conservatives to win general elections, many won't be there. They will be supporting the Constitution Party or even a new third party. There is one thing we should do before we go: Defeat in the 2012 primaries every GOP "Benedict Arnold" Senator and Representative who betrayed us on this issue.
The GOP will get a bit of a bounce when the new Congress comes in in January. But, it will be a dead cat bounce. DADT repeal is a BIG deal.
This repeal of DADT has far greater implications than the Fags in the Military ,it will help the Kenyan in 2012.
Sure I am.Just a little sick and tired of the dog and pony side shows in a totally divided America to constantly keep peoples eyes off the ball while the government is up to no good as usual.Americans focus on silly issues that should be put on the back burner before the country implodes from it’s debt problem and it’s imperial military agenda in the world that cannot be sustained.

Your service is your own. Do not let anyone take it from you. The Constitution has not changed and the battle for its principles is now in the hands of the people for whom it was written.
Maybe we who are patriots should take that oath you took. Maybe the Pledge of Allegiance should include that oath and every citizen should have to take it.
We need to start a resistance to progressivism movement.

250 Members of the US House and 65 Senators - the Enemy of my Country ,Our Constitution and our Way of life deserve the 2010 version of the Court Martial of Lieutt. Enslin of Colo.Malcom’s Regiment found guilty of the INFAMOUS Crimes of attempted Sodomy with a Soldier, and or Perjury. These 250 Members of the House and 65 Senators— and their President deserve similar charges for their infamous crimes done this week.
Every Member of the Pentagon who supports this evil “change” should be given a Blanket Party by all the enlisted men who oppose this “change” -and then it should go to the corrupt and broken Congress with the 250 House members and 65 senators having their turn under a wet blanket while the Marines and
Army Combat troops who oppose the change get a chance to exercise their “feelings”
Silly leftist talking point and total BS. It just so happens that the world at the moment is infested with a lot of lunatics that are harbored and financed in places like Afganistan and Iran. Us minding our own business and pretending they aren't what they are won't help the situation. Stick your head in the sand and ape Michael Moore if you must, but you look naïve (to be charitable) when you do.
Certainly it seems like there are more of them now because the stigma has been reduced (though it still exists)—in some circles, it is even hip to be gay. As a hetero male, it is difficult for me to believe that another hetero male could be “talked into” going gay. But its apparently possible to talk people into anything.
They have no kids or wives, so they have a lot of disposable income. $$ == power, even if you don’t have raw numbers. Most importantly, however, a lot of the population has become sympathetic to their cause.
We can celebrate when this Congress adjourns,till then don`t let your guard down!
No one should sign up for military service. no one should volunteer to serve —they want Gays in Army and Navy—let them defend the nation. When the Russians take over they will solve the problems for us. Anyone who isn’t Gay should resign in masse from the armed services. Let Obama and his loons fill in the ranks. Let our ships rust in port with no crews to man them. I hope that will make Hollywood Happy.
OK, now that DADT has been repealed, the pro-family politicians should propose a new bill and start asking, and when they admit they are gay, give them a general, or even honorable, discharge. It’s the best thing for the sake of our national defense.

what about it? last time we were attacked our military wasn’t who responded. It was our policemen, our firemen, our EMT’s our local hospitals, etc...
Before we go off on a tangent, let’s see how many of the homosexuals survive Parris Island. Unless the standards are lowered as to make the Marine Corps a laughing stock, I doubt that any will survive the 12 weeks of dehumanization, harrassment, “torture” and the rifle range.
Oh and the first complaints will certainly be welcomed with cookies and milk./s
