If President Biden saw a criminal probe of any pre-inauguration actions by Obama, such as Chicago pay-to-play or hiding his Kenyan birth, in my non-lawyer estimation, a blanket pardon of Obama by Biden would likely derail any attempt to hold a trial at which evidence could be entered to prove Obama guilty or threaten to invalidate Obama’s presidency.
Having lived through the Nixon resignation, Ford's pardon to “spare the nation the trauma” from having a former president in the dock enraged the Democrats and perhaps cost Ford the 1996 election.
Biden would, of course, use a similar rationale here to avoid losing the African American base by invalidation Obama’s “transformative” presidency. Given Obama’s iconic negation of the US history of slavery (overlooking his Marxist Alinski persona) on balance a lot of citizens would accept leaving Obama’s eligibility uncontested.

Here's a thought, though. How 'bout the conservatives in Congress threaten to impeach Bidden if he pardons ZERO and DO it if he does. President Boehner sounds pretty good!

I'd be in favor of whatever action could be taken that would most cripple the Democratic Party and most fire up the conservative base of the GOP.
President Biden would have full constitutional power to pardon Obama, which would make an attempted impeachment for that act frivolous, not to mention the fact that there are not 67 GOP votes in the Senate to convict Biden. Nor would there be 218 votes even in a GOP controlled House to impeach Biden for pardonning Obama, IMO.
Obama has already destroyed the Democrats prospects for 2012 because he can't announce "The era of big government is over" as Clinton did, and the economy is not now bouncing back from recession as it was in 1994 going into 1996.
IMO, Democrats will have their knives out for Obama now even more than GOP, and MSM and late-night comedians are on the attack. Obama has no way out, especially with a federal court tomorrow likely to declare Obamacare unconstitutional and over 200 large companies getting waivers.

IIRC it was not recorded and the closest anyone came to finding evidence of such is during a debate where Keys says something about Barry being Kenyan and Obama quips “Well I’m not running for President”. paraphrased.

If only I could remember the freeper’s name who saw the debate live on CSPAN and heard that exchange either during a break of right after the debate. I think another freeper had taped it and saw/heard it as well.
Wouldn’t Alan Keyes, who is challenging Obama’s eligibility, recall and mention the fact that Obama admitted to being ineligible?
