President Biden would have full constitutional power to pardon Obama, which would make an attempted impeachment for that act frivolous, not to mention the fact that there are not 67 GOP votes in the Senate to convict Biden. Nor would there be 218 votes even in a GOP controlled House to impeach Biden for pardonning Obama, IMO.
Obama has already destroyed the Democrats prospects for 2012 because he can't announce "The era of big government is over" as Clinton did, and the economy is not now bouncing back from recession as it was in 1994 going into 1996.
IMO, Democrats will have their knives out for Obama now even more than GOP, and MSM and late-night comedians are on the attack. Obama has no way out, especially with a federal court tomorrow likely to declare Obamacare unconstitutional and over 200 large companies getting waivers.
