Interview with attorney Stephen Pidgeon. The case for probable cause of high treason against Barack Obama.
Atty Pidgeon explains how there is already enough probable cause to warrant investigations and indictment against Obama for high treason under the Logan Act.
Atty. Pidgeon also explains Obama's constitutional eligibility in full detail. Parts 1-3 embedded below. Enjoy!
The first thing to go down is the Courts when a country collapses.

Sadly, they don't matter and we don't listen to them anymore.
I was trying to think of the quote that went something like "this Nation and it's Constitution must be run by a religious, moral people...
For some reason I am having a total mental block on it tough.
Anyway, that quote if I could remember it is most apropos.
Agreed.
He came out and said his father was a Kenyan, and nothing came of it. He came out and (supposedly) told Keyes he wasn't eligible to run for POTUS, and nothing came of it. He's sealed his Hawaiian Health Dept. records, and nothing came of it. He has dragged in others to lie for him in order to sidestep any vetting process, and nothing came of it.
“He came out and (supposedly) told Keyes he wasn’t eligible to run for POTUS, and nothing came of it”
What? Do you have a link?
And down they're headed by "evading" the issue.
There is no way Republicans are going to enforce the rule of law on Obama. We are so screwed.
I am expecting a Nixon-type replay where he is visited by representatives of his own party and informed that he will agree to step down in exchange for a full pardon by Biden.
No impeachment. No hanging.
Did that visit informing Obama of his impending departure happen this past Friday with the message delivered by Bill Clinton? It sure looked like it, but it could by just a warning or something else entirely.
Does it really matter?
We know that the Kenyan government claims obama was there.
we know the birth certificate posted by obama was fake.
we know that obama is in violation of Article 2.
we know that there is no record of obama being born in any Hawaiian hospital
We know that over 2 million dollars has been spent to protect obama’s birth records from the public.
What does matter is that we can not get the democratic party to vote to remove obama regardless of his place of birth or eligibility.
I disagree. Obama’s protection has fallen away both in the House and in the public opinion.
While the legal elites ignored 100% Obama’s dubious NBC status and Marxist associates, I would guess that 80% of the legal establishment and public would demand that Obama be removed if it came out that Obama intentionally hid a Kenyan birth. Only the 20% progressives and AA’s would say that it wouldn't matter.
Thanks for the links.
I assume you are referring to Im running for Senate not President which Keyes said was part of their debate exchange. I can’t find any link to the Senate debate only others discussing it after the fact and as hearsay. I would like to hear the original. It’s odd that everyone discussing it discussed Keyes assertion that Onama said it not that they heard Obama saying it. I’ll keep looking.
Pidgeon suggests there is probable cause against Obama under the Logan Act based on a charge that Obama was “negotiating” with Al Qaeda by offering to withdraw from Iraq and Afghanistan if Al Qaeda would agree to a ceasefire and that Obama made that offer illegally as a candidate.
Needs graphic of Hammer Hitting Nail.
Yes it matters very much. More and more Americans are waking up to the usurper being a usurper, and in a few weeks the Rs are in charge of the House.
This will make a huge, huge difference.
Huge.
There’s only one reason why anyone would say “it doesn’t matter” that makes any sense to me.
They don’t WANT it to matter.... ahem.
One freeper whose name I canNOT remember heard it. He had taped it, IIRC. Maybe Fred Nerks remembers, he Knows All. Or Beckwith, he Knows All too. Including Nachum ‘cause he keeps track of All, too.
I read about that one (or it even might have been two) freepers who heard the original debate on (IIRC) CSPAN before it was edited.
When asked about it, Keyes has said he has no recollection of Obama making this particular comment and has never introduced it as evidence in the eligibility lawsuits he's been party to.
Why people continue to promote this baseless internet rumor is beyond me.
I have a folder of quotes like that. I can look in a bit. Heck, you want the whole folder?
