The Founding Fathers feared the corruption and ultimatly the power of the Courts.

Sadly, they don't matter and we don't listen to them anymore.

I was trying to think of the quote that went something like "this Nation and it's Constitution must be run by a religious, moral people...

For some reason I am having a total mental block on it tough.

Anyway, that quote if I could remember it is most apropos.
