Anyone can file a lawsuit for anything. Summary judgment disposes of the unsupported lawsuits. I doubt one person posting in this thread is an attorney. They would understand what I’m saying.
What is funny is you don't think he hasn't. He has been down that road many, many times. Humblegunner is still here, a lot of blogpimps aren't. What does that tell you? Heck, if I understand correctly, the LA Times/Free Republic lawsuit defined (and hurt) fair use for almost a decade. Jim probably knows more about copyright laws and has more lawyers than you have zits.
