As much as I like Jindal he is not eligible to be President. He is not a natural born citizen. His mother was only in this country 5 mos when he was born. She was not a naturalized citizen at the time of his birth.
This is what I feared most as a result of the illegitimate seating of Obama, that is that Article II would die as a qualification for the Presidency. I scream every time I hear the words "Birth Certificate."
We need one (1) governor to disqualify Obama from the ballot in his state in 2012 and get this to court. This is a Constitutional Crisis and it is completely below the radar, except where it doesn't count, like here.
There is no "precedent."
Yes he is....
It would be fantastic, if he came out and said, “Like Obama, I am not Constitutionally eligible to be president. Unlike Obama, I do care and want to protect the US Constitution.”
We need the “Not this s*** again” graphic.
His *mother* is not running for office. Jindhal was born a US citizen, ergo is a natural-born US citizen.
It is unfortunate....and Jindal knows this. Instead of making a statement of not running he needs to tell everyone he is NOT eligible....both parents were Citizens of India at the time of his birth which means they had an allegiance to another country....Jindal is NOT a ‘natural born citizen.’ Which is a requirement for either VP or President.
I understand his father was also not a citizen when he was born. Future citizenship does not count, otherwise I would not haven up on ideas about being POTUSA.
