This is JUST the beginning of the Civil Disobedience movement in support of Lakin, IMHO.

If he is created a martyr to the cause of truth, then the movement will be even more powerful.I believe Lakin is prepared to go the distance on this, much the same way MLK JR. would have done.

I hadn’t thought of that analogy, but I have always assumed that Col. Lakin would rather sit in jail than obey an order he believes is not valid. There are similarities with Dr. King’s civil disobedience, but of course in each case the person has to deal with the consequences of the injustice they allege in order to have any effect.

What will happen? Time will tell.
