“Is there snow on the ground outside your home?”

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Northern Summit County, Ohio. Lake Effect snow belt. My drive was plowed 3 hours ago. The snow is already 8” deep again. Will probably have it plowed again later, as I’m on emergency call 24/365. Snow on the ground is more that 2 feet deep.

In Hanoverton, just below the snow belt, poor Hubby had to plow an inch off the driveway this morning.

Ha ha! Of course, he didn’t really “have” to plow. It was the shake-down plow to test the snow thrower attachment he just reinstalled on the lawn tractor for the season. Good thing it wasn’t 8” because he had a few [cough] adjustments to make before doing any serious plowing.

I’ve been watching the Accuweather radar feature, and that dang snow front is just hanging over the state south of Lake Erie and won’t go away.

Seriously, I hope you’re all right.

I grew up with snow and all the fun and work that accompanied it, but now I live in Ca.

If I want to see snow now I need to head up the hill. Miss the snowy white Christmas, but not the cold, nor the shoveling.
