With the return of piracy on the high seas comes the return of grappling hooks and boarding parties with both good guys and bad guys. The good guys, of course, have all the really cool equipment necessary to get the job done. Here see an example of paint ball technology gone wild! Have a look….

Best regards to all,
Each and every boat sailing through the pirate infested waters needs to have a few .50 Caliber machine guns mounted to the deck. Problem solved....
When in doubt, Ma Deuce will sort things out.
There has been surprisingly little progress in air rifle development.
Either Lewis or Clark killed a deer on their expedition using an air rifle. They also reported the Indians were fascinated by it. They were already familiar with firearms.

...and people, aboard, who know how to use them.
I’m for a free enterprise solution; put a bounty on them.
Umm, let’s see - pull the big handle on the right times 2, grab the big butterfly handles, push the thumb thingy with either or both thumbs, point loud noisy part as straight at the enemy as possible and don’t let up until the smoking hot coke bottle size pieces of brass stop dropping out of the bottom of the big square part. Is that about right? :-)
The story of the Lewis & Clark air rifle is absolutely absorbing, especially since it has recently been rediscovered.
Many thanks!
Best regards,
Theoretically, you can, in fact, poke your out out if you do not use the correct target and backstop.
I suspect the number of times it has actually happened is close to zero though.
Best regards,
We had some country neighbors where I grew up in Florida. These neighbors had five red headed boys. Their father had been a professional boxer and was a real character.
As one might guess they were wild as could be but a lot of fun to play with tho you had to be a bit careful.
I wasn’t too surprised one day when I learned one had shot his brother in the eye accidentally with a BB gun. He lost most of his sight in that eye.
I came within half an inch when I was a kid. BB glanced off my checkbone. Never shot at a tire again!
I recall the time I wedged a 12-guage shell in the fork of a tree. Then tried to shoot it off by hitting the primer using my BB gun. Luckily I only got hit in the chest by a BB coming back at me after hitting the shell, and I stopped before it could have been a whole lot worse! (Stupid kids!)
Actually, that's not true.
I am into air rifles big time. i just got a FX 400 and love it!
That Gamo rifle is interesting, especially since some states have laws against sound suppressors even when applied to airguns. It’s as though they haven’t yet noticed the Whisper’s signature feature.
Not sure I want to imitate his feat, but it was great to watch from my armchair!
Best regards,
