Andy Griffith lies about Medicare on behalf of Barack Obama, costing US taxpayers. In what can only be described as an utter abuse of American taxpayer dollars, Andy Griffith (he played a fictional cop in Mayberry, like 100 years ago or something) has been lying to all the seniors on Medicare for the last few months. In an ad that is even backed by taxpayer dollars, Griffith (is he clueless or just doesnt care anymore about being an instrument of Obamas lying?) can be heard confidently declaring, "This year
well have our guaranteed benefits. And with the new healthcare law, more good things are coming. Free checkups, lower prescription costs, and better ways to protect us and Medicare from fraud!" However, its all bull and is costing you tons of money, as some non-partisan fact-checkers have found out.

Add AARP into the list of huge liars.
To b honest, I listened to the ad and he sounded like a senile old fool.
Done! Over 20 Years ago, before I was a senior.
Their lies were so obvious you had to be a dunce or a democrat not to notice.
Their motivation, Senior Dollars, You had to be a dunce or a democrat not to see.
In a world of reality, they would be out of business, but democrats seem to have lost touch with reality. See election 2008.
“...and better ways to protect us and Medicare from fraud!”
They’re betting a lot on what they expect to save on stopping fraud. Is there that much in reality ?
Yep, reality is out the door!
I pray I never become such a weak old person of frame and mind that I must be compelled to sell out my image be it for vanity or fortune.
Such a disgrace to be what he is after so many years of public adoration.
Was he taken advantage of, I can’t imagine he needed the money, and yes I heard it too. Sounded old, and when you sound old you are.
Old is not good if you lose reality, logic, critical thought, and you aren’t grounded in truth, and the ideals of the founding fathers.
What I need is a voice recognition program for my TV that causes the "mute". When it hears Pelosi (as just now), or Reid, Obama, Griffith, Wagner (asking people to give up their homes for a steady income), Matthews ... (and this list goes on and on) ... I want it to automatically mute. I literally cannot stand to hear these people talk. I even mute my radio during Rush ... can't stand hearing the "audio" of Obama et al. I know Rush is making a point, but I can "imagine" the words ... I will not listen to them.
Yes, it's actually pathetic. The problem is that some people are believing it.
Love your tag line. So appropriate. No Whopper Jr. there.
When I saw this commercial, I didn’t think of Griffith as Sheriff Andy Taylor. I saw him instead as Larry “Lonsome” Rhodes, the character he played in the 1957 movie “A Face In The Crowd.” If you ever get a chance to see this movie, you’ll see what I mean.
He was a drooling moron.
Thanks, but I think I stole it from someone else. I’ve never had an original idea in my whole life. Someone else always beats me to it.
Andy Griffith sold out to the Democrats when former NC governor Mike Easley (who is a convicted felon now) asked him to speak at his first inauguration. I have lost respect for this old North Carolinian. I am a native Tar Heel even though I don’t support UNC-CH Tar Heels!
Really, any Democrat now I regard with suspicion. They all lack common sense!
“Just like the idiotic pro-Obama commercial he made with Opie”
Southerners often continue to be Democrats as they were historically, and many times, although Conservative in some areas, trump liberal causes because they are ashamed of their region’s complicity in racism in the past.
Ive never had an original idea in my whole life. Someone else always beats me to it.
Sounds like you are fishing, with a great big treble hook.
At least you had the idea. Some wouldn’t recognize an idea if it landed on them. So what if its 30 seconds after the other guy. Probably doesn’t much matter in the scheme of things. It’s what you do with it.
Lots of shared Nobel prizes for scientific discovery, and I’ll just bet the timing was not exactly the same.
Then again, look at Mr Idea man, your President. Want to be like him? Talk about last one to the table without a clue why he’s there.
