The RINO’s ran the second string and lost. It was not zer0. But the RINOs and zer0 gave birth to the TEA people. No one saw that coming or the shellacking that just happened. Real Americans are awake, the change starts with the next Congress. There is going to be a lot of crying

It was idiots who elected obama. The idiots went into the voting booth and pulled the lever. No matter what the media did or what McCain did.

Yep and when a local newsie like Barbara West went off-script and asked some tough questions the press turned on her, demonized her, and she caved.

I think Romney would have been a much better campaigner if only because he wants to win. McCain was a bit iffy on that score. That said I am not so sure a Romney victory would have been any better than a McCain victory than the Kenyan victory that happened. All three of those guys really want the Amnesty passed. The kenyan was/is the least likely of the three to get it. That one bill, if passed, would render everything else trivial because it would lead straight to one party Democrat rule and to the utter irrelevance of the Constitution and any other quaint customs of the land.

We said all through the 2008 campaign that the media was hopelessly in the tank for Obama, and this interview lays out the bare bones of that complicity.

There were only two points in the 2008 campaign where the Obama camp was seriously challenged. One was Rev. Wright, and the other was Sarah Palin.

Per the Insider:

"Wright – the Reverend Wright story. That whole cluster-expletive- church that Obama went to for what…30 years? No – 20 years? What other candidate gets away with a story like that in a primary race? There was no “ he said she said” crap with that story – everyone could hear and see what that guy was saying! Here is this pastor of this church who is screaming down America, a guy who Obama calls his spiritual guide or mentor or whatever, who rips on America after 9-11…I mean how in hell does a candidate survive that? It just doesn’t happen. No way. Impossible, right? Obama was done. It was over. He finally got burned on something. You just don’t recover from something like that. That’s what we all thought. Oh –expletive- it’s –expletive- over.

A distant second on the concern scale for the campaign was Palin. That one spooked us a bit – but not like the Wright fiasco. We really thought it was over right there – but Obama survived it. Not because of him, or the campaign, but because the media provided cover through the whole thing. In the end, the media said it was not a story, and pushed Obama to the finish line. No way a candidate should have survived that. No -expletive- way.

For all of you out there who think that Obama actually wants to run against Sarah Palin in 2012, all I have to say is, watch how the media treats her.

They're doing nothing to encourage Republicans to nominate her, and everything they can to keep her from being nominated. Look for them to soon begin running puff pieces on one of the usual suspects, like Romney or Huck.

The MSM coverage of Palin should tell anyone with half a brain, who it is the Democrats fear most.

The tenor of her reporting changed shortly thereafter and hasn’t been the same since. The price of staying on the air, I reckon.

In 2 years unemployment will still be above 8%, the economy will not be growing enough new jobs to absorb the masses of people currently unemployed or entering the workforce. Anyone but a democrat will be elected President in 2012, including Sarah Palin. They tried to destroy her, but she is still standing. What if she selects Marco Rubio as her VP candidate. I would venture to guess that she would peel off a signficant number of Latino’s from the democratic block.

You absolutely have to be skeptical of this because in so many ways it sounds as though Rush Limbaugh is writing it.

That said, it unfortunately rings 100% true, and I'll love to know who this "Ulsterman" person is down the road.

Agree. Conspiracy theories are nonsense, and detract from the very real and difficult job of nominating and electing candidates. Why bother if “they” control everything?

Using the “Insiders” logic, look for Gingrich to be pushed by the media.
